In real estate, there is one rule… location, location, location. Why would anything be different when looking for a vacation property? Many say they are centrally located, but this building truly delivers.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of your own balcony or stroll and discover one of Vallarta’s varied restaurants. All that the city has to offer; the Malecon, miles of golden sandy beaches, art galleries, clubs, and the jungle, are at your feet. Located at the heart of Puerto Vallarta, perched above the famous Malecon yet quiet and private in a well-run, established building.

Coupled with location, you’ll also discover many unit and building amenities. This ample one-bedroom unit comfortably sleeps three and features high ceilings, a huge corner terrace with ocean views, a fully updated kitchen with large fridge/freezer/ice maker, stove, dishwasher, Airfryer, island and plenty of dishes and kitchenware. A huge floor to ceiling walk in closet with parota wood adorns the space between bedroom and bath. Also includes a safe for your valuables, but the building and unit, are so secure, it’s not really necessary.


Split AC units in both master bedroom and living room ensure year-round comfort, although with the 6 strong ceiling fans, ocean breezes.. you will not need it! Screen sliding door to balcony, but zero bugs, so you don’t need that either.


Strongest Wi-Fi available (500mg!), will keep you connected to those back home, and stream video until your heart is content. Unlimited phone calls to US and Canada. The condo also includes two brand new, smart flat screen TVs with surround sound speakers, as well as an office area with a desk that doubles as a single Murphy bed.


The balcony is the STAR of the show, measuring about 24 x 10 ft and has a beautiful ocean view!

Wait for sunset and get lost in the play of orange light that takes over the sky and dances in the reflection of the waves. Enjoy the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship, incredible views of whales breaching (December to March) from the privacy of your ample, private balcony. Then let the soothing sounds of the ocean waves lull you to sleep

I started a Management company in Whistler in the 90's and owned / operated Whistler Peak Properties, managing 85 high end properties. After selling my company in 2001 I traveled SE Asia extensively, then moved south and put my experience and expertise to work in Mexico and then Panama. I have renovated all my properties and have learned so many interesting and valuable lessons along the way. I love living in Latin America, and take great joy in sharing my local contacts and making life easy for my guests and clients.. so you don’t have to do it the hard way, like I did!

Personally, I am friendly, easy going, spontaneous and my friends compliment me on my spirit. I love a good adventure and my greatest passion is travel. Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I LOVE being central, where everything is at my doorstep.. without the late night noise.. I sleep like a baby! Easy walk to all my favorite bars and restaurants and so many cultural and colorful festivities along the malecon, the location really cannot be beat! Old Town (Southside) is less than 5 min walk over the river pedestrian bridge for a completely different vibe. All is easily accessible.

Kitchen is extremely well equipped with loads of extras. Shower is great with strong water pressure and hot hot water! King bed is the comfiest, and internet is the highest speed. The star of the show is of course the huge balcony and incredible ocean views. Whales breeching, people watching, magical sunsets.. all from the comfort of home!
