Condo récemment rénové avec vue sur l'océan prÚs du centre-ville et de la promenade Malecon

Ce charmant condo a rĂ©cemment subi une rĂ©novation complĂšte (2017). Deux chambres spacieuses, deux salles de bains en marbre et des tonnes d'espace de rangement. Le nouveau mobilier comprend un lit king-size amĂ©ricain dans chaque chambre. Une «vraie» cuisine avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir, des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers de grande taille et comprend un lave-vaisselle, l'Ă©limination des ordures et une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse. L'unitĂ© offre une vue magnifique sur l'ocĂ©an et une descente de 10 minutes Ă  pied du magnifique malecon de Vallarta. Assez loin pour dĂ©couvrir ce que c'est que de vivre dans un quartier de Puerto Vallarta, mais aussi Ă  proximitĂ© de restaurants, bars, boutiques, plages et tout ce que vous pourriez demander. La piscine tranquille est juste devant votre porte. Appels tĂ©lĂ©phoniques gratuits aux États-Unis et au Canada. The condo was exactly as promised, spacious and well equipped. The hosts, and property manager Jesus, were very accommodating and responsive to questions. The neighborhood was challenging, steeply uphill from downtown/beach, and not quiet -- roosters and dogs at all hours, with a chicken farm directly across the street -- but safe and secure and an overall great experience. Private pool 10 steps from the door was a nice bonus.

This is a nice place in a great location ( in the middle of everything!). Paul and Jose are great hosts, very responsive, and really want to make sure you have a great stay there. It was nice being able to sit out on the balcony and look out over the bay.

Since my comments are not going to promote the location in a positive light....I will be brief on the positive items. The property manager (Jesus) was great very prompt. Explained different items to us regarding the property. We enjoyed the spacious condo, pool, kitchen was very complete with amenities. However, it was not restful for us with a main street being a through street it was noisy into the late evening. We did read past reviews regarding Chickens and Dogs without great concern. However, Chickens and Roosters crowed on average of 15 hours per day which could be heard as if the windows were open. Dogs barked at the same frequency. I wish we had known there is a 3 tiered chicken coup directly across the street. We might have only stayed a week. Because our next location was 3 streets over with none of the distractions. Owners responsive - however, there is nothing to do with that many chickens. Lovely place if not for all the noise.

Little Slice of Heaven

This is a beautiful property with all the beautiful views. It is a quick walk to the malecon, downhill. We took an uber back after a day of walking, but you can walk back up. The condo is comfortable and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive and Jesus is the best.

Excellent experience, Jose and Paul were very quick to reply to any questions, the PM was alway available, and the condo was well equipped and clean. Great location but a bit of a hike up the hill.

What a wonderful stay!

The property was just as advertised great views, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, TV's and everything you could possible need for a very nice stay. Owner, managers and maintenance people were very attentive.

Fantastic property with great views

We had a great stay. Condo is very bright, clean, nicely decorated, lots of amenities. The pool right outside the front door was great, gets nice sun in the afternoon. The balcony on the front has beautiful views. The hosts are great, very responsive. Easy, safe walk down to the malecon. Also easy to get taxi or uber to take you back up the hill if you don't want to walk it.

Puerto Vallarta Condo

This property was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The owners were a breeze to deal with and the property manager, Jesus, was a gem. As stated in previous reviews, it is up a hill, we preferred to walk it but it is easy to get a cab up. We would definitely stay again.

Very Responsive, Central Location

The hosts are so responsive and helpful. I appreciated the level of communication. Also, their willingness to be flexible was great when our trip got shifted due to flight issues! Beautiful condo and pool. Great views. Great location to get to any end of town. I could easily walk to most places. Not too far from the airport. We had to work while there so the condo was a great home away from home for us; comfortable setting and good internet connection.

First time in Vallarta .. sister my daughter and me had a very good time in this place , very close to malecón and very convenient prices for taxis and Uber .. condo is very beautiful and has everything you need.. definitely recommend.. owners are very friendly when we contact them .. 👍👍👍.. hope to comeback soon

Awesome condo

The condo is exactly as described. The previous reviews were accurate about the roosters, but there is lots of white noise to drown them out at night. Im sure they do sleep as well at some point. The condo was clean, well maintaned, and they were extremely prompt with any concern we had. Will definetly stay again.

Wonderful vacation spot

The condo was perfect for myself and my friend. It is within walking distance (downhill is much easier! :-) )to the beach and the shops and restaurants along the beach area. Uber is quite easily accessible, which is what we used most of the time to get to different areas. Great restaurants within a short ride. The condo has a lovely balcony where we sat with either a drink in the evening or had coffee in the morning. Good view of the bay! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

Property was large and clean, plenty of towels, nice kitchen. I love the location, just a walk doen the hill to the Malecon, and uber home! There are some stairs, but only a slight inconvenience when moving luggage-- but our greeter took care of that! Im 69 years old. And stairs were not an issue!

One word: AMAZING!!

Pretty great spot! Walking up the hill can be a workout but we love it! We got in good shape! The place is just as advertised, if not, better. View was amazing. A short walk to everywhere while still having a little separation from the bustling noises of the city. Safe neighborhood. Lots of hidden gems to discover. We loved hearing the roosters! Can't wait to go back.

Beautifully decorated

A beautiful home away from home . Couple of problems were reported and were fixed the same day . The one bathroom is ridiculously Too small. On a hill lots of roosters around. Beds were very comfortable and lots of roo to relax in main living space. Elevator was useful
