Top floor, open air condo with a with a panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas. Enjoy the fresh breezes and sunshine in a beautiful garden setting four blocks off the Malecon. Well established, secure community near the galleries in the heart of Centro, with a great variety of food, and entertainment choices, including street tacos, fine dining, and gallery hopping. Traditional clay tile floors, and vaulted ceilings. Simple, well planned flat with fully equipped kitchen opens to the bay and has great views from every room. Enjoy morning coffee and sunset cocktails from the private covered patio overlooking the grounds and out to the ocean. The friendly staff and community will make your stay memorable, relaxing, and carefree.

Open Air Paradise
I can't say enough about how wonderful this property is. I have been coming to Vallarta for many years and this is my favorite place! It is stocked perfectly for maximizing function and comfort. The kitchen is a dream, the bathroom/shower is very large, and the bedroom is perfectly furnished. The bed is extremely comfortable and I am picky! The owners are very generous and communicate promptly, so that there is no guessing. Location was perfect, just up the hill enough that there wasn't excessive noise. It is a "trek" to return back when being downtown, but I got used to it really fast. I ended up being grateful for the exercise and conversing with some of the locals on the way up. Don't hesitate to visit this gorgeous home. It comes with my highest recommendation.

Great Place and View!
We would stay here again! The walk down to the ocean is easy and convenient. The walk up is not for the easily light winded. The most wonderful thing about this place is that the balcony doors stayed open all day and night. It has A/C, but it was not required during our stay in January.

Fantastic place Away from the crowds with a amazing view
The apartment was super clean and the air conditioning worked perfect (essential) in summer. The place was the most well equipped place we have ever stayed in a rental, so that was great! The pool was great and the view was even better to enjoy a drink or coffee overlooking the city/ocean. Bed was super comfy and kitchen was spacious too. Laundry and dryer were a bonus as well. Location was very central but quite and away from the crowds. This also meant you had to walk up and down a large hill to access commercial areas and the ocean. Lastly, the owners were very quick to communicate and answer all your questions. The only two things to be aware of I would say is the place may be harder to access for people with mobility issues and there are no blinds installed in the bedroom. All in all, this was a fantastic place and would highly recommend staying should you want to an alternative to a resort.

Puesta Del Sol
Great location on top of the hill with a great view of the bay. We enjoyed our short walk to the boardwalk. Very close proximity to everything you may need. The condo was very nice and had all the things we needed.
