Welcome to our Contemporary House! Located in an excellent location in the heart of Madera Ranchos. Near the Valley Children's hospital, easy access to the freeway, We are minutes from rivers and lakes and 55 minutes from Yosemite! 1 hour and a half to the China Peak ski resort. A short drive from Casinos, And close to beautiful local wineries. Our house is a wonderful place to spend time with family, friends, or business trips, is perfect for gatherings.

1800 Sq there’s space to comfortably accommodate 8 people. This House has everything to make you feel at home Be ready to entertain! ,You will walk into a beautiful open concept living/dining/kitchen. Includes games for kids and adults, a well-stocked kitchen, and bathrooms stocked with amenities! Only a few minutes to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and more with Large driveway for parking and Professionally Cleaned.
*1 bedroom with 1 king bed, and full bath, include 1 Smart TV with streaming access Netflix, live TV via Youtube and WiFi.

*2 bedroom with 1 queen bed

*The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with everything you need to cook at home, with all of amenities you’d find at home, including a Free Coffe Station with Nespresso coffee maker with pods and light snacks are provided, and the double-door fridge with plenty of room for your groceries.

Host was responsive in general. House is nice. There is road noise for those that sleep on that side of house. Bring extra trash bags, because if you run out you won’t get extra. And WiFi on the kitchen/ living room side of the house has weak signal.

Beautiful clean, cozy home with great hosts.

We loved staying here and would love to come back some day when we’re in the area. The home is spacious, super clean, and so beautifully decorated. Would highly recommendOur hosts were really kind and responded quick. The home (and host) is accommodating- with lots of small details that make the stay feel extra relaxing. I especially love the washer haha very random but theres a mini load underneath! So cool lolThank you to the host for being accommodating when we had an issue (our fault) and worked with us to help.. I appreciate it so so much :)

The Madera Ranchos Home

This house was spacious, clean and extremely accommodating for our family of 4. The set up was perfect for our small children and the homes amenities were a pleasant bonus! We recommend this location for anyone visiting the area. Cheers!

Kid and dog friendly

The property was clean and spacious and included a kids corner with an activity table, coloring books, crayons, and a fully stocked play kitchen
and It was equally set up for dogs. It is on a busy street, where cars are going pretty fast, but the house and backyard were perfect for our stay.

Wonderfully equipped home

This is a large house with the best equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have ever stayed in! If you have small children or a small dog the fully fenced backyard (with grass!) would be a huge hit. I selected this house because it is close to my daughter and had enough room for them to come over to visit in the comfortable living room. A few things that might be a con for you: It is on a very busy street and road noise in two bedrooms might be a problem for a light sleeper. If watching television is important to you the television gets a wonderful picture but it is difficult to navigate. Other than those to very small issues the house is perfect.

Total Remodel

The house was totally remodeled and furnished with everything you needed. The backyard was set up for outdoor lounging. Our only recommendation would be to bring earplugs for better sleeping as the house is on a well traveled road.

Beautiful, Clean & Comfortable Stay

This property was exactly as listed. Beautiful, clean & comfortable for our whole family. The highchair & pack n play along with toys was a nice touch for our little ones. We felt comfortable in the neighborhood and it was a convenient location with gas, groceries & restaurants nearby. We would recommend this property.

Home away from home

This property is true to the listing. The host is very easy to communicate with and prompt at returning messages. I rented this property fo my myself and some classmates that are in the my nursing program. We had to do our clinical at Valley Children's hospital, which was about a 7min drive. We were hardly at thehouse, but while we were there, the home had everything we needed and more. We would stay there again. I highly recommend this property.

This home is just what the photos show I was pleasantly surprised 😀. All the comforts of home and extras. Rosa had water snacks, coffee, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner and shower to name a few.
