The group representing the host were very helpful and informative. Check in/out were easy. The unit was well represented online. The kitchen & bathroom, however, needed a deep cleaning and both were in desperate need of an upgrade.

Perfect for Our Needs

A wedding brought us to Palmas Del Mar. the hotel was a tad pricey for the couple of nights we were there. Palm view was very reasonably priced and right next door to the hotel. Easy to book and communicate.

Beautiful

Property was very nice. The pools were an issue I couldn’t use the hot tub and the beach is a little bit further than what I thought but you still could see it. The accommodations were nice It was a great birthday. The host was very nice.

College golf trip

Host was excellent communicating check in check out and dressing any issues (which were only bc I did not read correctly ). Location was perfect next to Wyndham hotel. Excellent patio and bed was comfortable. Only complaint was spotty television streaming but it did not really matter at all.

Great Location

The apartment size was perfect! Close to everything we needed and the beautiful beach. Needs some minor updates but very cozy. We couldn’t use the hot tub on the property grounds because it was dirty and no one cleaned it during our stay. Overall very satisfied.

We had a beautiful stay at this condo in Palmas. We had everything we needed and more for accommodations. Bed is comfy, the view is amazing and the pools and beach are great! Highly recommend. One thing that was not consistent was the “Welcome Package” was not complete. We had complementary beers but no Don Q rum or soft drinks. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again if available, J & E

Palmas Stay

Wonderful location. Gated property in a gated community. Plenty of parking. Stunning views with large lanai. Full kitchen and laundry. Lots of space with a huge bathroom. Hotel next door with restaurants, bike and golfcart rentals. Walk to everything. Two pools & Jacuzzi. Loved it! Will be back. Chris

Will Stay There Again

Overall, the place was great. There were a few maintenance issues, but nothing major. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The overall size and comfort of the condo was perfect.Would have liked to be able to have a little hotter water, especially in the shower. The dishwasher leaked which I informed the property manager of. They had maintenance come and fix it and it was definitely improved but still had a small leak. The microwave didn't work. Would have been a problem if I was cooking for myself, but since I didn't, the microwave not working didn't really affect me.

Palmas 2022

We have been to Palmas Del Mar in Humacao several times, this was the first time we did VRBO. The condo had an ocean view which was across from the hotel. We didn’t cook in the condo, we preferred to go up to Palmonova Plaza for dinner. One day we drove to Luquillo Beach which was about 30 minutes from the condo. Beautiful beach with fresh Pina Coladas.

Puerto Rico fun in the sun

Our overall experience was very good. The condo is very comfortable and stocked with the basics. Our one complaint is that the WiFi was terrible. Palmas Del Mar is a very beautiful gated community. The pool is nice and you can walk to the beach but you cannot really swim there nor sit out, it’s not really setup for that. You should know that a car is needed to get around or you can rent a golf cart. This condo is right next door to the Wyndham Hotel. We were able to buy coffee and sweets there but not much more. They do have a restaurant that was pretty good for dinner. Overall we had a great time and would come back.

The ad said the apartment was for 4 people, but it had 1 king bed and. Sofa bed that was broken. I called to report it, and they did not do anything about it.

Amazing Place!!!!

Best view! Just in the center of the pool with a beach and golf corse view. Never expect to have the New Candelero Resort as part of the view. The Condo very comfortable and clean. I will use it again as my favorite. Thanks!!!!
