Greg is an incredibly responsive host. The condo is immaculate and provides all the amenities listed and more! The views being on ocean are fabulous. We plan on returning again next year. Great location and short walks or drives to everything you will need.

Overall, my guests and I had a great time. We enjoyed the resort's restaurants, barbershop, and bodega. The villa was also charming. We did have an issue with the TV's audio going in and out in the living room, but I'm glad it didn't work as expected since I'm a bit of a couch potato and love watching the local TV channels. The TV issue forced me to explore more and take in all the beauty around me. The TVs in the bedrooms worked fine, though. I give it an "A" and highly recommend visiting.

We had an excellent time at this beautiful villa! It has all the essentials and was decorated so beautifully! The information book about the area and great places to visit around the island was extremely helpful (thank you Greg)! We hope to stay again next year!

I chose this location because family members had previously stayed here and had a great experience. Overall the place was “decent”except for an issue in the kitchen area i brought up with the owner. The owner was made aware of the problem and hopefully it will be corrected before the next family experiences the same things we experienced.

Dream Vacation

My children and I had a truly wonderful stay at this condo in Crescent Beach. The property was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a perfect vacation. The views were stunning and created a relaxing, memorable atmosphere for our family. We are very grateful for the hospitality and care shown by the host Greg. Thank you for providing such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We look forward to returning and will certainly book again in the future.

Great Ocean Views

Property was really nice. The balcony which overlooks the ocean is a peaceful place to have morning coffee or an evening beverage. The resort is kept clean and staff were all friendly. Plan for 1hr 45 travel time due to traffic delays which are very common.

Amazing view

Loved the property! Loved that it was so closed to the beach and pool. This property was beautiful, big and clean. We enjoyed the amazing view of the beach. My family had a great time there and we plan to make future reservations there, god willing.

Perfect Getaway in Beautiful Las Palmas

We have been visiting Puerto Rico for the past 10 years. This is the best VRBO we have stayed in. It had everything we needed, including paper products, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. The property manager responded quickly to our needs. The view is gorgeous. The location convenient to the beach and pool! We will be back next year!

Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our time at Palmas Del Mar. The condo was clean and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful and the property is very safe. Greg was easy to work with and we loved the binder he put together with local information regarding restaurants and things to do during our stay. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!
