Enjoy a stylish Boston experience at this centrally-located place. Walking distance to Harvard and Porter square subway station. The train can take you to Boston in minutes. Free on-site parking included. A convenient laundromat is across the street from the apartment.
The space
This apartment is located on the 1st floor. The entrance to the apartment is on the side toward the back of the house by the deck. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with dining table, living room, and a full bathroom. The living room also has a sleeping sofa. We also have a pack-and-play for the little one. If you need it, just ask.

Guest will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment.

The location was excellent for moving our daughter into Lesley University. Great communication from the owner. The home was built in 1910 and has been updated. It was clean, organized, and had what we needed, but I was not expecting there to be 83% humidity inside the home. The towels almost felt damp due to the humidity and couldn’t dry out between uses. Our unit did not have a washer/dryer. My Kindle said it was too wet to charge due to the humidity. I did not enjoy seeing mouse traps next to the fridge. We didn’t see any mice, but I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

Beacon Street

Excellent place to stay! Close to the T Red line, shopping and food. Quiet accommodations with good Wi-Fi. Nice neighborhood for exploring.

Great place

Great ending place for our trip. Would've liked a TV in the bedroom, but we weren't there that long for it to matter. Nice size kitchen and it had an outside eating area and parking.

We visited Boston with my family. This apartment was clean, comfortable and was walking distance to the Red line. Good communication with the owners, they were very responsive to our inquiries. Overall, a great place!

Overall a nice stay

I arrived for a friend's funeral, and only stayed one night, and my stay was pleasant and uneventful, which was a plus to me. The space was clean and quiet. Check in was smooth, with no issues, and I was able to check in a bit early for an extra fee, which was helpful to me. The only odd thing that occurred was the house next door had a sticker on the window which read, "you're next." In a way, I found it a little humorous, considering I was there for a close friend's funeral, although it was a little jarring at first. I mean, it was pretty ironic, but odd. I am sure it was a joke, but a weird one. Also, a door that connected to the main common space hallway was unlocked when I arrived, and I was able to lock it on my side, but I am sure someone had a key and could enter at any time. I did not like that. That should be changed. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

Very nice condo at a perfect location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a perfect condition with everything you need for prolonged stay. We very much appreciated the simplicity of the check-in and check-out process as well as clear communications from Eduardo. The red line and a commuter line stations are around the corner and the Harvard square is a short walk (for our standards) away. The neighborhood is very nice and perfectly walkable. I would love to stay there again in the future.

Convenient location

Place is very clean with firm mattress and all amenities you would need. There was also excellent communication throughout my stay. We'd be happy to return some day.

Somerville/Cambridge

Comfortable, clean, well-stocked flat. Very thoughtful managers who sent lots of great information before we arrived. We chose this listing because we needed a place near MIT and that would allow pets. We did have to drive to MIT but we had easy parking at the rental and a great spot for breakfast right across the street.

Top tier stay

My family and I stayed here while visiting Boston on a historical tour of sorts, and we were all thrilled with these accommodations. The property manager provided excellent info and help, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. He even had the sofa bed converted and made up for us, so on our first day and after a lot of travel, we were just able to unwind. The beds were very comfortable but what I appreciated most were all the little details: cozy lighting, a fully equipped kitchen, great organization
 it just felt very welcoming, a home away from home. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the nearest transit stop (and a Target) is only a short walk away. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Charming Unit

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice charming little two bedroom apartment. It was very clean. The checking process was great. The communication with the host was amazing. All in all, it's a great place to stay. If you're close to Cambridge area and Somerville and all the shops and restaurants, it's a beautiful place to stay

A Boston History Tour

This property worked great for us! Eduardo is super responsive and gives all the necessary details very quickly. The unit was clean and nice, and in a very convenient spot to get into Boston. We had a great time. Would definitely use again.

Our stay

The owners were extremely responsive. When I called to ask if I could have family over for dinner, they were so understanding and accommodating. Location is great; parking is easy behind the house. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great spot

We enjoyed our time in Somerville and this was a great location. Apartment cool and clean, kitchen well stocked. Slight issue on check in w/ the people renting upstairs apartment getting the code for the downstairs unit but this was quickly sorted out after a call to the owner who not only resolved the issue but reimbursed us the cost of dinner as an apology for the hassle and confusion caused. Overall great place, would stay again.
