Location, location! Brand new to the Bay Head NJ rental market in summer on Osborne Ave in close walking distance to the beach, lake, and the main town.

This 5-bedroom home offers everything: its proximity to the beach, downtown Bay Head, Pt. Pleasant Beach/Boardwalk, and the NJ Transit Bay Head train station. The amount of sunshine that pours into each spacious and updated room with high ceilings can’t make you anything but happy. Open kitchen layout and beautifully appointed living room, bedrooms, office/open living room space, with tons of kitchen & family living amenities perfect for entertaining and relaxing with family/friends all season.

Amenities include an outdoor shower, high WiFi, DVD player, and Smart TV with Xfinity cab. You can access Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon, Towels/linens/washer&dryer, central two-zone A/C & Heat, Culligan reverse osmosis filtered water station, outdoor and indoor games, outdoor wash station, dual coffee & K-cup machine, etc.

Crisp, clean, and ready for you to enjoy your beach vacation. All 5 rooms include brand new beds and this home comfortably sleeps 8 with an additional pullout sofa bed in the first-floor bedroom for two extra overnight guests. Five bedrooms and three full and one-half baths (both the Main and Junior bedrooms are ensuites) allow a family to spread out and enjoy the Bay Head shore experience comfortably. Relax in the Main ensuite with a king-sized bed and bathroom jacuzzi. The Junior ensuite has a queen-sized bed. Two twin-sized beds are in one of the Jack-N-Jill rooms, while the other connecting front room has a queen-sized bed perfect for parents or couples.

The backyard has a beautiful deck for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails with guests. They are situated in a park-like setting surrounded by mature trees. Listen to the sounds of nature while taking in views facing the woods. The deck has two grills (36" Weber gas grill and Blackstone propane 36" griddle), an outdoor shower, an umbrella patio table that seats 6, a separate canopied lounging area for more guests. 8 beach chairs, 4 bicycles, 4 beach badges, 2 beach umbrellas, outdoor games, and recreation equipment are included. A pull wagon to transport items around town conveniently, a storage shed, and an outdoor five bicycle rack stand for your stay.

The home is easily walkable to the beach (3 blocks), the train station (2 blocks), and Bay Head downtown center (5 blocks). You can bike to the beach from home and have your feet in the ocean in 3-4 mins. Bicycle locks are all provided.

Driveway parking and on-street free parking are available.

Immaculate Home & Incredible Host – Perfect Beach GetawayWe just returned from a fantastic week in Bay Head, and this home truly exceeded every expectation. It’s immaculate, beautifully designed, and spacious, offering both privacy and wonderful gathering areas for family movie or game nights. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need: bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a terrific selection of games for all ages. Every detail is clearly labeled and easy to use, making the stay completely stress-free.Arthur is an outstanding host. He's welcoming, attentive, and quick to share great local recommendations. All you need to bring is your family and your clothes; everything else is taken care of. This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever experienced, and we can’t wait to return!

We are originally from Manhattan; then we tipped toed into NJ and further south after having our son. We have enjoyed almost everything that Bay Head and nearby towns have to offer - glorious beaches, early morning, sunset, and evening walks/bikes along East Ave and Lake Ave, and delicious nearby restaurants (Charlie's, Mueller's, Theresa's, Red's, Dune, Burke's, Blue Sushi, The Cheese Shop, Noon, Shore Fresh...) and to-die-for handmade ice cream (Hoffman's), cooking a storm for friends and family, spotting dolphins along the shore, watching great horned owls from our deck, paddle-boarding on Twilight Lake (and even on the beach!), surfing, hitting the boardwalks, clam bakes, crabbing, so-memorable family/friend boating excursions and backyard bbq's, get-togethers, celebrations, beach parties, and most importantly, being a kid again!

Now that our son has graduated from college and is working full-time in NYC, we miss having him over as frequently and hosting him and his friends.

We have enjoyed being part of the Bay Head community for years, and hopefully, during your stay, you will also discover your reasons to make Bay Head NJ your annual summer vacation spot.

Bay Head is a well-established town with a community that cares about nurturing and leaving lasting family beach memories. While Bay Head is not a "dry town" or a big party town, it's a beach town that knows how to have fun; it's elegant, down-to-earth, safe, active, and nature-oriented. Our street, Osborne Ave, is not busy, and we enjoy biking and walking to town, Twighlight Lake, and the beach. It's the last stop on the NJ transit line from NY Penn Station (less than a 5-minute walk from the Bay Head train station), so it's easy to head here from work on Fridays.
