The backyard has a beautiful deck for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails with guests. They are situated in a park-like setting surrounded by mature trees. Listen to the sounds of nature while taking in views facing the woods. The deck has two grills (36" Weber gas grill and Blackstone propane 36" griddle), an outdoor shower, an umbrella patio table that seats 6, a separate canopied lounging area for more guests. 8 beach chairs, 4 bicycles, 4 beach badges, 2 beach umbrellas, outdoor games, and recreation equipment are included. A pull wagon to transport items around town conveniently, a storage shed, and an outdoor five bicycle rack stand for your stay.

The home is easily walkable to the beach (3 blocks), the train station (2 blocks), and Bay Head downtown center (5 blocks). You can bike to the beach from home and have your feet in the ocean in 3-4 mins. Bicycle locks are all provided.
