Ce chalet spacieux de 3400 pieds carrés est la location de vacances idéale toute l'année. Quatre niveaux d'espace de vie avec une grande cour pour les loisirs. Il dispose de 3 chambres et la 4ème zone de couchage est dans la salle de loisirs. Large 55 TV HD dans le salon. Il y a aussi un futon dans le salon. Trois salles de bains complètes, deux réfrigérateurs dans la cuisine, une buanderie, deux cheminées et un patio menant à l’aire de jeux puis à l’eau. Vues à couper le souffle sur le lac de presque toutes les pièces de la maison. Enroulez autour du pont et admirez une vue panoramique de ce lac de tous les sports, le lac Leelanau. Des rampes pour fauteuil roulant sont également disponibles sur le pont. Meubles de patio, barbecue et table de pique-nique fournis. Grande salle de loisirs avec plafond cathédrale et cheminée. Cette chambre est un paradis pour les enfants avec télévision, jeux de fléchettes, casse-tête, jeux de société, kitchenette et maison de poupée Barbie’s. 2 lits queen sont également dans cette salle. Cette pièce est au niveau inférieur avec des portes françaises menant à un patio.

Cette propriété dispose d'un accès au lac et d'une utilisation partagée du pavillon couvert situé au bord du lac. Rivage spacieux bordé de chaises longues. Belle zone de baignade. Juste une courte promenade en bas, à environ 500 pieds de la maison à l'eau. Au bord de l'eau, vous avez un quai. Le moteur peut être ajouté au bateau de pêche. Nettoyez la nage peu profonde au bout du quai. Et juste des pas vers votre eau partagée. Location de bateau ponton et location de bateau de ski est également disponible à des prix imbattables. En bateau jusqu'à Leland et la ville de Lake Leelanau pour dîner et faire du shopping. Les excursions d'une journée aux dunes de l'Ours dormant et à l'île Mackinaw sont populaires. De nombreux établissements vinicoles dans la région avec des restaurants fantastiques. Leelanau Sands Casino est à seulement 15 miles au nord. Leelanau Club golf et à 5 minutes et Kings Challenge est à 15 minutes.

Lovely trip beautiful sunsets

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our group of 13 girls celebrating a bachelorette party—plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable. The location was great, and the lake access was definitely a plus. The listing pictures definitely don’t do it justice—we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The only downside was that the host did not respond to any of our messages, which made communication difficult. Overall, the house itself was wonderful and worked out really well for our trip.

Beautiful sunsets!

Very nice house, plenty of space for our group, a few issues with appliances(coffee maker, washer). We rented the pontoon for one day and had a really good time. Downstairs bedrooms were very cold. Overall , we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Lake House

Our family stayed here for a weekend wedding in Traverse City and the location and house were amazing! Plenty of room for the 17 of us and an amazing view! We will likely be staying here again in the future!

Fantastic location overlooking Lake Leelanau and convenient to all attractions. We were only 6 adults but there's space and beds for many more. Loved it and would rent again!

Great Family Retreat

Very nice property overlooking beautiful lake. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean, enough to feel comfortable with babies crawling on the floors. Ceiling fans need cleaning, but other than that the property was excellent.

Spacious with great views

We enjoyed our stay at this property as a large group of girls enjoying a bachelorette weekend. The communication with manager with quick and efficient. We loved having the option to rent the pontoon for the day and enjoy Leelanau.

Nice place to stay.

What a great place to stay, beautiful view of the lake and close to TC. It was clean and plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and be comfortable. Lots of parking for our family. The pictures on vrbo does not do it justice. Had a trouble with the lock box for the key. Other then that would stay again.

Family and Friends Reunion

We loved our stay. Our age ranged from 40 to 70. The house was perfect for everyone. Wish we would of booked another night. We’ll definitely be back next summer. The view of the lake was wonderful!

Great cabin

We had a great time on our trip and it was mostly thanks to this cabin. Lovely inside, so much space, and a really spacious and well-equipped kitchen area. Property manager was available for contact with any questions and his family owns cabins in the area, so they were also available for any questions. Clean, stocked cabin. Thank you!

Location and View is Fabulous!

This rental with Lake Leelanau access was excellent. My family of 13 had plenty of room with 3 bathrooms and many beds. (The half bath in the lowest level is actually a vanity.) The location is close to Leland, Lake Leelanau, Suttons Bay, Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes.The photos do not do the rental justice. Some of the beds have changed and the living room is not dark like the photo. We all walked in and said the same thing . . . this is much nicer than the pics.The view was my favorite in the morning and the evening.Overall, we had a very good time and would like to stay here again.

We had an amazing family vacation here in August. The photos truly do not do this place justice. It was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. We especially loved the ability to rent a pontoon right across the street, although it was pricey. The view from the deck is beautiful and we especially loved watching the bald eagles flying over the lake each morning and evening. The location of this house is some of the best in all of northern MI. Short distance to everything the area has to offer. Went to downtown TC, many local wineries, Glen Arbor, Suttons Bay, Fishtown, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes etc. We could have stayed 2 weeks and not ran out of things to do. We especially loved the no fuss checkout procedure. My pet peeve is when there is a giant list of things that must be done before checking out, like stripping the beds, taking out the trash, etc. when we’re already paying hundreds for a cleaning fee. We are talking about booking again for next summer!

Great house and lake access

This was a great property for a large group. Probably best for families with kids. Several of the beds are together in the basement with no privacy. Probably a good place for a group of kids. The deck was big with a great view. Large kitchen and living area for gathering. A boat was available for an additional fee which was great. The owners were very nice to deal with.
