Convenient location to downtown and Loon Mountain. Quiet, away from road and traffic but close to restaurants, downtown shopping and a short drive to Woodstock Center.

The townhouse was very nice and we all had plenty of room. Bring salt, paper towels, napkins, and dishwasher pods, though. We ate most of our meals there and had to run out for salt, napkins, etc.

Where we do note that our properties are all "self catering", yes, you will want to be sure to bring what you'll expect to need for your stay with you, although we do offer a starting supply of TP, Paper Towels, and Dish Soap, it's merely meant to get you started vs keep you going. Great location - close to all we wanted to do. And the layout was perfect for our party of 8. We were disappointed with broken fireplace - I always specifically search for a property with a gas fireplace.

Winter weekend

We had such a great stay at this property! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out for 6 adults and 2 children. We ate dinner at The Common Man which was a minute away, and also went to see the Ice Castles which were about 7 min away. Overall, we had a lovely weekend making lots of memories!

Great Getaway

The location of this property is fantastic. Close to everything but tucked away. The property manager is outstanding. The condo itself is roomy and clean. Lots of room to spread out. It has some wear and tear and could use a little TLC (scuffed paint, bent broken radiators, an air hockey table that is destroyed and should be removed.) I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

It was clean, AC was a plus and worked great during some of the hotter days, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The area is very quiet, peaceful and close to the downtown area. We walked to the pool a few times (about 10-15min) which the kids love utilizing. I have used Loon Reservations for many vacations and look forward to returning again!

Reviewer Comments: The place was clean, had plenty of space, and was priced competitively. Everything worked as expected. Fair warning - the hot water is HOT. The shower handle was still in the blue and was plenty warm, same with the sinks. There was a little musty smell in the entryway and basement, but it wasn't too bad. We'd definitely stay here again.
