Une maison autonome en haut de Clearbrook 1. EntrĂ©e pour un foyer extĂ©rieur et intĂ©rieur. De la tĂȘte de foyer intĂ©rieure Ă  l'Ă©tage pour la zone Ă  aire ouverte salon, salle Ă  manger et la cuisine. Ce niveau est Ă©galement titulaire d'un demi-bain et accĂšde Ă  la plate-forme. Dans le salon se dĂ©tendre avec un feu dans la cheminĂ©e de feu de bois pendant que vous regardez la tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. Vous pouvez Ă©galement prĂ©parer un repas dans la cuisine moderne et d'en profiter tous ensemble Ă  la table de salle Ă  manger spacieuse. Au-dessus du salon principal est un petit loft assis oĂč vous pourrez discuter ou lire un bon livre. Le niveau au-dessus du loft assis contient la suite parentale avec lit queen, tĂ©lĂ©vision et salle de bain privĂ©e avec baignoire Ă  jets. Sur le plan ci-dessous le hall d'entrĂ©e, vous trouverez deux chambres, une salle de bain complĂšte et une buanderie avec lave-linge et sĂšche-linge. Une chambre Ă  coucher offre un lit queen et une tĂ©lĂ©vision. La deuxiĂšme chambre a deux pyramide (jumeau plus complets) jeux de lits superposĂ©s et une petite tĂ©lĂ©vision.

Profitez du Village de natation, de tennis et de fitness club avec deux piscines intérieures, deux piscines extérieures, trois jacuzzis (une en plein air), un sauna, une salle d'exercice et 12 courts de tennis pour votre plaisir.

Localement, vous trouverez de nombreuses activités saisonniÚres et toute l'année pour remplir votre temps y compris le magasinage, golf, mini-golf, parcs d'attractions (y compris un parc aquatique locale), promenades en gondole / tram, attractions naturelles, le ski alpin et la planche à neige, le ski nordique, raquette, randonnée pédestre, VTT, baignade en riviÚre, le kayak, l'observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore.

Nice stand alone house. Most of the units at this property looked to be 2 units per building. It was nice to have the entire house. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We travelled with our small dog. He loved the outside deck. We were there at a VERY quiet time - there was not a sole staying near us, which was both nice and somewhat unusual (to not see another person). Would highly recommend this property.

Clean, spacious home. Well stocked with dishes, dishware and bedding. Beautiful location. We used the clubs pools and hottubs-such a great perk! Not too far away, though did require carried (just as a heads up!)...lovely and relaxing spot to stay for the weekend with our kiddos!

Great time

Most everything was great. Clean, nice location, great facilities and well stocked. My only complaint is that the fridge/freezer worked minimally. Bought ice cream the first night and it melted. Ended up having to cook the meat days ahead because of it which was a downer but everything else was great! I would 100% stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with my family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience both with the staff at the rental agency and with the condo itself. The staff were very kind and professional, answering all of our questions and helping to find the perfect home to fit our needs. The rental was very comfortable, clean and very well stocked with all the necessities and more. Our only concerns are the parking and refrigerator/freezer. If more condos in the Big Bear area were occupied, parking lot would be very difficult getting in and out. Luckily for us, only one condo was occupied during our stay. The freezer ice area was not freezing the ice cube trays and ref Rita tot. , although turned up as high as possible, wasn’t keeping the food as cold as normal even though we did not have it filled with food.But overall, this rental was one of our favorites so far 😄

End of summer family trip

Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient HVAC, laundry room, pet friendly (thanks!), beautiful window views with shades for privacy, and plenty of room. Everything worked as expected (remotes for tvs, ceiling fans, AC). Nice size deck not shown in photos but at rear of house with a forest view. Bunk room has a cute little alcove for kids to hang out in. Excellent "home base" for all area attractions, dining, and shopping (we are frequent visitors to this area). Village of Loon recreation facilities could use some reconditioning, but the pools and views are great and just a short drive from this unit. I would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend! One of the nicest rentals I have stayed in over the years.

The house itself was plenty big for our group to relax and be our home base. It was well laid out with a game area, laundry area and mud room type area to help. The separate upstairs master bedroom and open kitchen and dining area were all very nice. There was so much to do in Lincoln and the surrounding areas that 4 nights was just not enough!

Santa’s village

The condo was perfect for our group of two families. It was also a great location for sightseeing in NH and going to Santa’s Village. The only downside was there was no hot water on our last day. I had to take a cold shower which was not fun. It was our checkout day so there wasn’t time to call anyone. Other than that we were very comfortable there.

Great location, great layout, dirty, rediculous fees

Pros: Close to mountain, Layout great, adequate space, big dining table, Quiet area. Allowed dogs Felt like home Cons: ridiculous fees (will never again book with that many fees) Place was dirty, I had to clean the whole house of prior dirt and dog hair, mopped all floors, disinfected counter tops, cleaned all utensils and drawers in kitchen which were filled with crumbs and dog hair. Entryway smelled like cat urine Wasn’t provided enough towels until too late.

Family Ski Weekend

Wonderful stay, Loon Reservation Service was helpful, quick to respond and easy to get in touch with. The condo was clean and sunny. The shuttle service was easy and super convenient. The ski conditions were excellent! Can’t wait to return!
