The second level is dedicated to additional sleeping spaces. On the east, a Jack and Jill bathroom connects a bedroom with a queen bed to a bedroom with a double-over-double bunk bed. On the west, a king bedroom is connected via another Jack and Jill bath to a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Outside, lounge on covered and screened porches available on both levels and delight in the playful island breezes. Out back in the wooded backyard, you will find the private saltwater pool, with heating available for an additional fee in the off-season. Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.
