Bedroom 5: This second primary bedroom is located upstairs with a king size bed. This room has a smart tv and a designated workspace.

Step into JoJo Cabana and be welcomed by a bright, open living room featuring a large Smart TV, a cozy couch, and extra seating for the whole family. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, along with a large dining table that seats 8. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a convenient laundry room.

Beyond the living area, you’ll discover three bedrooms on the main floor:

A spacious primary suite with an ensuite bathroom,
A fun bunk room perfect for kids,
Another comfortable guest bedroom,
with the latter two sharing access to a hall bathroom.
Head upstairs to find a second primary suite with its own attached bathroom, a smaller secondary bedroom, and a fun-packed game room featuring Golden Tee, an Infinity Game Table with endless arcade and board games, plus a second fridge and kitchenette for easy snacks and drinks.

Outside, the fun continues! Under the home, you'll find a pool table, darts, and a hook-and-ring game, plus an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days. In the fenced backyard, enjoy your own private pool with lounge chairs—the perfect spot for relaxing, sunbathing, or splashing around.
