The home features an Elevator, Golf Cart, open concept living with hardwood floors throughout, two master suites plus 3 additional bedrooms, large living room with reclining leather sectional, custom dining table seats 10 plus kitchen island with 5 bar stools, fireplace, outdoor shower, gas & charcoal grills, plenty of beach gear, and game room with ping pong table & bar making this home ideal for memorable family vacations. The open concept stocked kitchen, family & dining room with vaulted ceiling and large windows that engulf you in magnificent views make the space truly enjoyable. Three covered balconies have lots of lounging, seating & dining options. Each of the 5 bedrooms include a Roku/Smart TV, linens, bath & beach towels. We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. The location was convenient with easy beach access. We loved the marsh area behind the house - beautiful views, great fishing off the long dock and wonderful bird watching. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

This was an amazing house that had all the things you could posssibly need. Kitchen was fully stocked with all items you needed, great views, golf cart included was an added bonus.

Beautiful Beach House

This property is beautiful, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, every amenity you would need. We definitely would come back and stay at this property.

We had a fantastic week at Coastal Sea Esta! Plenty of space for our family to gather for dinner and to hang out- and plenty of space for us to spread out. The sunset views over the marsh were beautiful! We loved having the golf cart and beach parking pass! The house had everything we needed!

Family Celebration

We gathered in oak island to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. We had a great time. There was room for everyone, close to the beach, enough beach chairs, and the kitchen had enough supplies to cook meals.

It was as advertised! A beautiful property, with wonderful touches and very easy process. The only reason why I gave it four stars on location is because it’s not beachfront property, otherwise it’s a five star location. The golf cart makes everything easy.

Stunning home in gorgeous location, very close to beach!

We had a lovely 2 day getaway at Sea-Esta!The home is beautifully appointed with everything you would need to have a fabulous stay.Just a few minutes walk, to the beach. Amazing dock for fishing off of. Beautiful views if the marsh and sunset.Very peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Would highly recommend!

3 generation fall weekend

Great spot for our three generations- perfect space for us all to come together but also have space to spread out. We enjoyed family table tennis tournament, well equipped beach hangs, and all the space had to offer. Well equipped kitchen and great location.

the parking was great we were ladies in our eighties with a daughter of one in her sixties. we found the tub shower a challenge as well as the bunk beds. We used the bottom two and getting in and out presented a challenge. The rug we found a potential fall hazard. However this was our first attempt at using an airb&b and will use vrbo again Over all it was a wonderful stay. Astrid could not haave been more helpful Thank you

Beautiful Home

A wonderful home on a quiet street on OKI! House was clean and comfortable. Owner was easy to reach when I had a couple questions. We needed a bigger place for our parents to come with us and we really enjoyed it! Our kids especially loved riding the golf cart to the beach and walking on the dock looking for crabs and fish! Very nice place to stay!!

This home was absolutely beautiful and was exactly as described. We rented this home for a bridesmaid group and there was plenty of room for the group of 10. Astrid was very responsive to messages and even allowed early check-in, which was fabulous for our out of town guests. The home allowed plenty of room for a lunch for our bridesmaids and had everything we needed for an amazing stay. I would like to apologize to Astrid and the neighbors, as there were some guests that did not park in the designated areas unfortunately. Overall, an absolute fabulous stay and we would highly recommend this home for anyone seeking a beautiful stay on Oak Island. We could not have asked for it to be any better. Jennifer

Property was great and exceeded expectations. My only negative comment is it could use some sort of music set up. There was only an old Sony portable CD/radio with no batteries or power cord thus no music.
