The property is situated on 3 private acres with over 500 feet of frontage on Curtis Pond which is a 14 acre fishing pond.

Other Things to Note:

We place a $500 security deposit hold on your card the day before check-in. This is not a charge. The hold will be released 5 days after check-out, provided no claims are made by the host for damages, missing items, or policy violations. Please note your bank may take several business days to reflect the release.



Pool will be heated up to 80 degrees upon request between late May and September for $500 per weekend and $750 per week. If you would like to have this option please reach out to us 48 hours prior to checking in!



Pets are allowed for $125 per pet per stay maximum 2 dogs.



Guests must provide their own firewood if they would like to utilize the fire pit at their own discretion. It should never be left unattended while there is a live flame, and it should be extinguished entirely prior to going in for the night.



Please note that there are exterior cameras at the residence. We also have Minut noise decibel meters to let you know if the music is too loud.



Interaction with Guests:

This property has weekly visits from pool & hot tub maintenance, landscapers, Mosquito Squad and trash pickup.
