You can walk 3 blocks to explore various Mount Sanitas trails or less than a mile to Pearl Street Mall featuring Boulder's great dining and shopping. Kids and adults will love North Boulder Park, just 2 blocks away. Enjoy the vast grass fields, play structure, baseball fields and basketball court. Whole Foods (Ideal Market) is a short 5 min walk away to make use of the beautifully updated, fully equipped kitchen. Plus Boulder's favorite ice cream shop, Sweet Cow is a short walk away! Perfect location if you are going to a CU game or visiting your student. 5 min drive to CU.

Efficient mudroom round out the main floor with ample space to hang coats and leave your shoes and boots.
Primary Bedroom and Bath:
Upstairs you will find a primary suite with mountain and Flatirons views and warm walnut flooring. Relax in the recently updated luxury bathroom with marble tile, soaking tub and walk-in shower with standard, rain shower and handheld shower heads and a double sink with mirrored medicine cabinets and radiant heated floors. 4th Bedroom & Full Bathroom:
The 4th bedroom is located in the basement and features a Queen bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress and en-Suite bathroom.
Office:
Upstairs is technically a 5th bedroom, but set up as a fully functioning office for those that need to work in quiet. Enjoy Flatirons views from the office which includes a desk, second monitor and fast Wi-FI all on beautiful walnut flooring.
NOTE: If more than one person needs to work, there is an additional desk/workspace on the main floor with doors that close.
Upstairs Bathroom:
Upstairs find this full bathroom featuring double sinks, bath and shower and beautiful tile.
Basement:
The bright lower level doesn't feel like a basement and features 13 ft ceilings and plush wool carpet.

The large laundry room features a commercial size new washer and dryer. We stock laundry detergent & stain remover for your use.

Welcome to our family home and we are so happy to share it with you. We moved to Boulder with our young boys a few years ago to enjoy the active, outdoor lifestyle. We love going on walks, watching the boys play baseball and football. We chose this neighborhood because of the family friendly neighborhood and close proximity to everything Boulder has to offer. The tree-lined sidewalks make walking to everything so easy. We love this home because it is cozy, yet modern with a relaxing vibe. This home just makes us happy! We love sitting with our boys in the breakfast nook to play cards or board games or eat a casual dinner. The boys love playing wiffle ball in the backyard or our version of pickleball in the front yard. We love that the yard is fully fenced.

We chose this Newlands neighborhood because of the family friendly neighborhood and close proximity to everything Boulder has to offer. The tree-lined sidewalks make walking to everything so easy. The best hiking, North Boulder Park, great restaurants and shopping at Ideal Market (Whole Foods) are all walking distance away.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
This is our family home. We spend money on the things that matter to us. From comfortable mattresses, beautiful new bedding and towels, toiletries, furniture from Arhaus, Restoration Hardware and West Elm. Electric shades in the kitchen, dining room, staircase, Primary bed and bath allow you to control the light you want. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you will need to feel at home and pampered. The laundry room is stocked with full sized laundry detergent, stain remover, bleach so you don't have to think about it. We love the indoor/outdoor aspect of this house. Sit out front on the porch swing and enjoy a cup of coffee or open the 2 sets of French doors in the backyard and enjoy cocktails or dinner. Gates close off the front and backyard grass areas.
