â Car, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
â We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains. Roads tend to be dirt or loose gravel, and they can be very icy or snow covered.
Other Things to Note:
â The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.
â This property can host a maximum of 10 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.
DOG FEE:
â $50 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.
Guests shall register with Saw Creek Estates:
â FREE Registration. We cover the fee for you.
â A registration form will be sent to you that must be filled out immediately.
â Guests will be requested to send us a photo of their driver's license for gate access purposes
Amenities Passes:
â 6 fobs provided for amenity access (Guests under 6 years of age do not need a fob)
â Additional amenity wristbands can be purchased at the Member Services Office for $20 a day per person. (Office hours are Monday, Wednesday-Saturday 9am-4pm)
â In case the passes are damaged or lost, there will be a charge of $100 per pass for replacement.
