In this home, you'll find 4 beautifully designed bedrooms (each with their own smart TV). Downstairs, the first bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk. Upstairs, the master bedroom is HUGE, with walls of windows, a king bed, & a private ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is right across the loft, with a queen bed & lots more natural light!

There are 2 full bathrooms in this home. Downstairs, the hallway bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the ensuite master bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and a shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 7 people at the dining table, plus 3 additional seats at the countertop (also, lots more seating options right through the patio door on the back deck!)

I stayed in this house for three days with some friends and had a really good experience. It’s a comfortable, clean place and perfect for spending a few days in a group. It has a nice atmosphere and everything you need for a peaceful stay. I would definitely recommend it for a short getaway. P.S.: My pet loved the place

The host was accommodating and the house clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The kitchen was spacious and had all the appliances we needed to prepare meals, making it easy to enjoy family dinners together. The pool table and hot tub were a hit with our teenagers. The house was beautiful and well decorated! The backyard and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. Children loved the pool table and watching the deer in the backyard. Close to Bushkill Falls and Delaware Gap for swimming. The kitchen was well stocked. They even had a high chair for the baby. We had such a lovely stay here!

We had a great time! The house was super nice and in a great neighborhood. Lots of beautiful forests all around. There's lots of great hiking and restaurants in the area. The fire pit was fantastic. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place! The home was perfect for the six of us and had plenty to do at the house itself. Quiet and perfectly nestled in the woods, but close to everything in the area. The master bedroom was a dream with stunning light through the wall of windows. It was beautiful waking up to the sunlight as well as falling asleep to the shadows of leaves and branches on the wall. The beds were super comfortable and they did not skimp on the quality of the bedding. Felt like a luxury hotel. The house had everything we needed and the host is very responsive if you have any questions. We would totally stay here again.

Dirty, Dangerous & Small. Do not book especially if you have a large group, allergies or a baby***Just going to make bullet points as it is easier. Messaged owner and gave ample time and they did not resolve any issues saying they’d be taken care of AFTER we leave. The BAD-Upstairs shower doesn’t work. We had 8 guests sharing 1 shower. There is no diverter ANYWHERE to switch from bath to shower, so whoever replaced it bought the wrong spout. This was an existing problem and the owner acted like they had no idea. -There is dust EVERYWHERE! On the blinds, caked in the air vents, layered along the walls! If I can attach photos I will. It’s really dirty! -There’s mold on the fridge & shower heads -Kitchen pots & pans are so scratched. They’re non-stick and used way past their life. -It snowed the day before arrival. We had to shovel ourselves. Stairs were icy. Slipped multiple times but did not fall. Also carrying a baby! -No railing by hot tub, slipped a few times here as well. -No mat by the door to dry your feet. -all the bedrooms are so small! No dressers & closets had owners items inside. The OKAY -Pool table is on a slant-game room is between 2 bedrooms. Open space, sound travels. Not ideal for those who want to stay up late. -couldn’t use wall heater unit. The windows had drafts. -dirty oven that didn’t work? Baked shrimp and it never got hot enough. Cooked on the stovetop. -dirty linens Ran out of characters… Bad experience but we made the best of it

We were happy with our stay for the most part. The furniture was super comfy and it was clean. A spring cleaning is needed in areas like vents, windows, etc for me to say it was exceptionally clean. All of the appliances worked great and were easy to operate. Pictures on listing are when all was newly renovated. It looks a little more “tired” in spots and in need of some care and touch ups. We loved the location! Very quiet! Many of the stringed lights - as many as 1/4 of them - were out or missing. Also note that the fire pit is for wood, not propane as pictured. The pool table and hot tub were a hit! The board games were missing - but we had brought our own. We also went to the lake where the kids enjoyed the baby fish (I think bass) and cooling off. There was geese poop everywhere - but hey, nature. We weren’t informed until the day before that the courts wouldn’t be open and pool only weekends until mid June. When we booked it said everything was open Memorial Day. The lack of storage was a problem for us. The one bedroom upstairs had nothing and is tiny. Perhaps dressers could be added to each room? Discovered that this home is owned and cared for remotely by people who own around 150 other rentals around the country. Wish I’d known as I like a more personal touch (but admire the business they’re doing). We had a memorable and fun vacation overall.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was lovely and clean. The back yard was a blast for our little pup! The neighbors all were very friendly and quiet. The house was freshly cleaned and smelled good as we entered. The kitchen had everything we needed for some nice meals in. The host communicated well and check in and out was easy!
