First, I would like to say that I was told at booking unit C was on the first floor. It was on the second floor. It took some driving around and asking a local to find the building. The room was spacious however when we arrived the television was blasting at full volume at late arrival (about 6 pm). It was so loud that it seemed someone else was in the room and was scary. There were a number of cards and pamphlets about local establishments to try, which was really helpful. Bathroom was clean.Noticed the unit had no dishwasher however dishwasher pods were available, which seemed odd. Coffee maker was available however no coffee, salt, pepper, or sugar were available. Decided not to use during stay. Noticed upon arrival there was only one garbage bag in the kitchen. Expected there to be at least one more in case it got full and needed to be taken to dumpster. View of the parking lot was not the most appealing and wished the location was more central to the downtown shopping strip area. Drove to some outings or events and had to walk up and down the main street, which is fine and good exercise, however could have booked something else a little closer. The building has several units and noise can be heard from the room closest to unit. Bottom line for the price, expected more amenities like a complete coffee/tea station, more garbage bags, better quality linens and towels and being told it was on second floor.

So impressed with my stay! Communication was on point, had all of the information necessary and quick responses. Struggled finding the unit at first but they quickly responded and helped. Unit was clean, stocked with the necessities we may need and location was perfect!

The space is advertised is being on the first floor. It was on the second and my spouse has a bad back and the only reason we booked it was it said it was on the first floor.

Very nice room and very clean
The actual building needs to be identified better with the actual street address and street number.. once we figured out we were at correct place and there were actually 4 condos A, B, C and D we spent early 30 minutes finding D
The need for signs on building exterior is a must
it was just very confusing as people for people who have never stayed there ..after driving 5 hours the last thing anyone wants to face is NOT knowing where you are. We actually thought we were at property management office and there were lots of condos somewhere close and would be given a site map but we were actually there and NO signage on exterior to direct you
but it was a very nice place

Seemless check-in. Everything was very well documented. Clean condo, everything worked as it should. Just outside of downtown - a little calmer IMHO. Many great food options within walking distance.

While the property itself was nice, we were only able to stay there one night. Apon arrival we learned that the AC was not working. After calling one of the property managers, we learned that this had been an ongoing problem that we were not made aware of. We had to move to a crappy cabin for one night 30 min from our original property. No one with the rental company feels responsible or are willing to make things right with us. I suggest VRBO stop doing buisness with Alpine Valley Cabin Rentals

Great little place!

We really enjoyed this little chalet! It was cute, clean and convenient, and we’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in Helen!
This side of the building faces the tubing operations and the river is right behind it.

The c was on the inside of the building. Then there was confusion with the amount of time i was gonna stay;even though i said 23,24,and 25th...next time i should specify 3 nights and two days

Gorgeous town

We had a wonderful 10 year anniversary trip and this gorgeous condo very spacious for 2 people with a great sitting porch. A great walk to the gorgeous town. Will definitely be visiting again!

Our Helen, GA stay at your quiet Alpine Village Condo, was very enjoyable. The location was nice, we could walk to area restaurants and shops.

Wonderful Location!

Everything was spectacular. Easy, affordable, clean and elegant. My wife was in love with the furniture. My only disappointment is that I was under the impression that there was a washer/dryer and a stove. Will definitely be renting in the future frequently.

Highly Recommended

The only reason I gave this property a 5 star rating was that was as high as I could go, it is a 5. Everything about this place was spectacular. It was our first time going to Helen Ga. If and when I go there again, I will definitely use this place again. The only suggestion That I have would to have better signage as to each door ie. (condo) A , B ,C ,D. outside the building. Everything else was AWESOME. Very clean and close to everything. Can't wait till my next stay. Thank you Alpine Village for a Wonderful stay.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed staying here as it is in Helen instead of on the outskirts. It was still a bit of a walk to the shops, but not too bad. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Most Convenient

Our room was perfect. It was clean and had everything we would need for a weekend get away. We were able to walk into town and enjoy Helen without having to ever move the car. It is conveniently located to grocery stores, gas stations, entertainment, best of all the shops of Helen. We will only stay here each time we visit.

Alpine Condo C

Cannot say enough about our experience with Cabins of Helen and this property. Great location and staff. Everything was so comfortable including the bed! Village and Christmas lights could be seen from our balcony and were beautiful. Highly recommend!

Nice and neat

Quick trip for my birthday. Nate helped us out our first day when the online forms wouldn’t load (don’t do it on your phone it just won’t work) and when the outlets weren’t working in the kitchen and bathroom. Nate was a quick phone call away and very helpful. I would suggest a little map with the location guests should be dumping their trash at the end of their stay since it’s part of departure procedures. I called and whomever I spoke to didn’t really know where the dumpsters were was told a bear box to the right of the condo. I walked around the building 4 times until I just went to a local shop and asked if I could use their dumpster. Overall pretty close to things would be a great stay for summer since it’s right next door to the tubing place!
