Mariner West est situé à l'extrémité est de Panama City Beach, Floride, dans le golfe du Mexique, connu pour ses plages de sable blanc. Mariner West est axé sur la famille et accessible aux personnes handicapées. Il y a des boutiques, des restaurants et de nombreuses activités à quelques minutes.

Notre unité 410 est un condo très confortable et joliment meublé avec un grand balcon enveloppant. Il a 1 lit queen et 1 lit double dans la chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. La cuisine est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, de plaques de cuisson, d'un four micro-ondes et d'une gamme complète de plats, couverts et ustensiles de cuisine. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. De plus il y a 2 salles de bain complètes. Cette unité a également le câble, un lecteur DVD et une grande télévision à écran plat 42 'dans le salon et 32' Flatscreen dans la chambre et Internet sans fil.

Mariner West possède également une piscine située à côté de la plage et de l'océan, des barbecues à gaz et des tables de pique-nique, un jeu de palets et une salle de jeux avec une table de billard. Le prix est super, l'unité est magnifique et les plages sont spectaculaires, vous apprécierez vraiment votre séjour ici.

We had a bit of a crazy situation when the place we previously rented had a plumbing flood and had to cancel. We found Happy Place by luck and we are so happy we did. What a beautiful quiet beach and the clearest water I have seen in years!! The interior of the building is very well kept and clean. Pool area was clean as well. We didn’t get to use the grill area but love the idea of cooking out next time. Super easy check in and communication. Loved the separate laundry room. All the decor was updated and the beds were comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend. We are already planning to come back this Summer.

Great Stay

We’ve been traveling to Fl over 20 years and this is by far one of our favorite stays. The condo was clean, very well equipped with everything you need, the complex is well maintained, quiet and in a good area of restaurants / grocery stores and Laura was super to work with. Best location and very nice complex! No overly crowded parking lot, beach, or pool area. The condo was clean, well stocked, and absolutely loved the balcony! Laura went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. This is now our go to rental every year!

Great November Escape

This is a super comfortable and attractive condo with an amazing view. Even on the cold days, we enjoyed the view from the living room and/or the balcony. Laura is a terrific host.

An opportunity to own a unit presented itself and we are super excited. We love the peace and quiet you find here. This complex is family oriented , perfect for families with kids, newly weds who are looking for alone time, or senior citizens and snowbirds.

This unit provides a relaxing vacation for us. With only 58 condos in our building and a residence only complex on one side, we have a nice stretch of beach to soak up the sun and the view. If you are looking for condos with water parks, restaurants and bars onsite, this is not the condo for you. If you want quiet, family friendly and super close to the water, check us out.
