Nous sommes trÚs attentifs à la propreté de votre séjour - lisez les commentaires.
Ceci est un magnifique condo mis à jour qui vous donnera une durée de vie de souvenirs. Admirez le lever et le coucher du soleil en sirotant un café ou un cocktail sur le balcon. Surveillez les dauphins et les raies manta qui nagent devant vous.
Il est à cÎté du restaurant / bar Schooners situé sur le front de mer, pour tous vos événements sportifs et votre excellente cuisine. Il se trouve à moins de 400 mÚtres de St. Andrews State Park et à environ 800 mÚtres du restaurant du capitaine Anderson et des charters en haute mer, location de pontons. Location de jet ski, location de parasail et location de bateaux bananes sont sur la plage en face de vous.
Nous sommes des locaux et nous gĂ©rons nous-mĂȘmes. Aucune sociĂ©tĂ© de gestion ou propriĂ©taires absents.

Karen and Dave's place was wonderful!!! The location was perfect for us; and of course the views were beyond awesome! Karen went above and beyond to make sure things were perfect for us! The king bed was very comfortable, and having 2 full bathrooms was great! It was so nice to take a shower with strong water pressure; something not every rental has! Great place to stay!

Perfect location

Great location out of the congestion! 2 nice pools and gated beach access with showers. Short drive to many different restaurants and shops. Beach chairs and umbrellas was a Huge bonus very convenient!

Relaxing stay

Everything was as advertised. This was an add on stay to our previous week at a condo down the road. We much preferred the area here- quieter and less crowded but still plenty of things nearby to do. Condo was very clean and roomy for the two of us.

Lovely Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Every morning, I noticed that there was a crew of people that were up early and straightening out the pool area, picking up any possible trash on the beach, and setting up the beach chairs. The unit itself was on the 11th Floor, which was high up. The advantage to that was that I could step out on the balcony and could here the ocean but didn't hear people on the beach very much. I noticed that there were college aged students celebrating spring break in other parts of Panama City Beach, but it was more families at this property. The property manager was very communicative, and I very much appreciated that!

Perfection!

Everything about this property was absolutely amazing! Check in was simple. Mr. Dave and his wife checked on us periodically to make sure everything was okay with the condo. I have been coming to PCB for almost 50 years and this was one of my favorite condos. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great condo!

we love this property! The location on Thomas Drive is close to our favorite restaurants. The property has everything you need. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The price included beach chairs which was very nice. Owner kept me updated during Hurricane Helene. Highly recommend!

Great vacation spot

This was my wife and I first trip to PCB but we will likely end up coming again in the future with some family. If we do we hope to book this same condo. The kitchen was big enough for upgraded appliances, decent sitting area with separate dining room table. Coffee maker and kcup available. The room had plenty of space to be comfortable and then some. The view was awesome and so peaceful from the balcony and balcony had extra seating.The owners were super responsive, even helping me figure out how to track down a misplaced pair of sunglasses. Entire stay top to bottom 10/10.

Fantastic

We came down a few weeks ago and this was our first time staying with Karen & Dave. The check-in process was super simple, their house instructions were there for us to view. They had also left several coupons for us to use. Day 2 Karen had called me directly to check on our stay and also to tell us about St Andrews for red flag days. These owners are super attenitive and we will definitely be staying next year.

Beach get away

We enjoyed our stay at Sychelles. It is a good location for everything we wanted to do this weekend. Condo was clean and owners were easy to get in touch with. Super friendly and provided all the info we needed to check in and out. Will definitely stay there again if it is available.

Perfect

Everything was perfect. The unit was clean and exactly as described. Check in was at 4 and on the day of they told me it would be ready by 1 and then said it was ready at 11:30! I can’t wait to stay with them again soon! Seychelles is awesome and a great place to stay to avoid the traffic on the west end of the beach.

Great Place to Stay!!

We loved this property! The location is perfect for those that are not into the typical "touristy" stuff that PCB has to offer. Lots of good food options and things to do in the area without the crowds and traffic. The condo was great! Very clean and comfortable for our family of five. Karen was very friendly and communicated well with me in the days leading up to the trip. The only issue was it was not shared with us that there was tornando damage around the building which including the steps that allowed for direct beach access. While using the public access was not a huge issue, it would have been nice to know before booking. That being said, it looked as though the reconstruction of the steps was near completion when we were leaving. All in all, this was a great trip and we will be booking this condo again if and when we return to PCB.
