Beautiful 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom house in the Punta Pelícanos area with private pool, special to receive 2 adults, 2 children, only 4 houses from the beach access within the same community. It has wireless internet and a garage for 1 car, washer and dryer.
On the first floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, cooking utensils, complete tableware, the kitchen bar has 3 benches and the dining area, a table with 4 chairs. You will also find on this floor the living room and the guest bedroom, which has full size bed and a full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom for visitors.
