You’ll treasure your time here at The Curran Street Cove. Nestled away on the water, you can enjoy days of soaking in Lake Erie's sounds and gorgeous views. This prime spot is also located just down the street from Sandusky's historical downtown. There are bars, breweries, a distillery, kayak rentals, and so much more all within walking distance.

So, kick back and relax, and truly embrace that lakeside living. This property is a boathouse built on steel beams over the water. The livable space is up above a boat-well on the second story of the property. This would be the area that you will be renting! The lower level is under construction and will become accessible in the coming year!

I had a very enjoyable stay. The location is very quiet with an eclectic mix of architecture and styles. The location is excellent for exploring the Sandusky and Marblehead area. Erin was a responsive host and the property, while still a work in progress, is nicely decorated and comfortable!

Very cozy place, was clean and well kept, property owner was very responsive, we stayed a week for baseball tournament and cedar point, location was perfect not even 10 minutes from fields and cedar point, less then 5 minutes from Sandusky’s little strip.. would definitely recommend..

Unique and wonderful experience. Unlike anything else around! Clean, quiet, and in between lively downtown Sandusky and Cedar Point. We loved it and Erin is a great host!

A really great place! Located perfectly so that it is ideally positioned to be near anything you would want to do within minutes! Nice, clean, and tranquil. I would’ve given five stars, but the lower section of the property is still under construction. I can’t wait till it is finished! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. So close to the downtown events we had planned. Very quiet neighborhood. The key west vibe that the street has is great. We will be back next year.

Adorable place, great walkable location, and super friendly owner!

My kids and I can’t say enough great things about this property. There was enough space for all of us, the kitchen area was very clean, and the location and views were perfect. My daughter even enjoyed fishing off the back deck :) if it wasn’t a 7 1/2 hour drive for us, we would definitely go back next summer, especially with the renovation to the bottom level!

Great location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the boathouse! Host was responsive and everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Just a couple minutes drive to downtown and within walking distance to a couple local bars. Neighborhood was quiet which was nice after having spent a busy day at Cedar Point.

Sweet boat house!

Very cool property close to all the great things the area has to offer. Host very easy to get a hold of. Would recommend for sure! Reasonable price for Sandusky!

We rented this place for a very lowkey girls' weekend to Cedar Point. The location of the home is awesome - less than 5 minutes drive to downtown Sandusky and less than 10 minutes drive to the entrance of Cedar Point. The neighbors were all so lovely and let us know to contact them if we needed anything. We ran into a small hiccup, that was communicated to Erin and she worked diligently with us to remedy the situation. She even went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected and we were comfortable. THAT was huge to us and left us smiling. If the opportunity arises, we will be back forsure!
