Walk the short 2 blocks to the beach and enjoy a cocktail at the Tiki bar. Sleeps 10. 3 bedrooms (queen) and flex space/bedroom with Murphy cabinet bed (queen-NEW 2025). NEW IN FALL, 2025-King size bed upgrade in master bedroom. Sleeper sofa in main living room. 3.5 baths. Washer/dryer. Fully outfitted kitchen. We had a great stay at this beach house! Very close to the beach, about 3-4 minute walk. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of space. Easy check-in and very responsive host. Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking during the stay. Things that I would suggest bringing are extra toiletries (ie, toilet paper, paper towels, 1-2 extra trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). They provided some of these items already but we did go through them quickly. Lots of stairs but not unmanageable. Rooftop was a fun experience. We ate dinner up there a couple of nights and caught some really beautiful sunsets.

Graduation/Birthday Celebration

This place was amazing!! So much room for our family to enjoy the time with each other. It was the perfect place for us to be together for our daughter’s graduation and birthday weekend.

Wonderful!

This house has everything and more for a perfect vacation! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, proximity to the tiki bar, the 20 minute easy walk to the restaurants/bars in the main section (highly recommend the fat pelican and the silver dollar for karaoke! 
 and ordering a Beach Adventure Taxi instead of Uber to get home!). We enjoyed grilling out and eating on the rooftop! This is a great house and communication with the hosts is perfect! Thank you!

Family Beach Trip

This beautiful home was spot on with the description! The roof top had wonderful views and a great spot to view the fireworks along with enjoying the fire pit! Teresa was quick to respond with any questions we had as well 😀 Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make your meals and an outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand from your day at the beach. Our daughter loved all the books to choose from and our grandkids loved the games provided to play! Alll in all, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommend! Thank you so much again, Teresa!!

Perfect Getaway!

Rooftop Vibz is the perfect little getaway. This rental was clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked that made eating in for some meals very easy and accommodating. Everything about our stay was flawless and Rooftop Vibz is located in a perfect area, close to the beach and many amazing restaurants. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed going to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar and Hang Ten. The communication and instructions from the host prior to our arrival and during our stay were great and they were quick to respond when we had any questions. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the views from sitting by the fire pit on the rooftop. We had such a great stay, and we can't wait to come back! Thank you so much!

Beautiful getaway

Perfect location to unwind and relax with gorgeous views from the rooftop area. Everything we needed and more was included and Teresa was extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you again, we look forward to coming back!

Amazing Home and Host!

We were in town for the holiday weekend and a wedding and I’m so glad I found this property. It was exactly as pictured but then even better. Our family of seven fit comfortably and my two daughters loved the upstairs loft and balcony space. The home is very well stocked with everything you need and is a close walk to the beach and local attractions. Teresa is an amazing host, very responsive and timely with her communications. We have family in Wilmington and visit often and will definitely stay here again.
