Bienvenue dans notre maison de plage! Notre famille est tombée amoureuse de Carolina Beach lors de notre premier séjour. L'ßle offre l'équilibre parfait entre détente et loisirs. C'est un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille, une escapade romantique ou un long week-end. Nous espérons que vous apprécierez notre maison et l'ßle autant que nous!

LA MAISON DE PLAGE:
À un pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage, notre maison propose 3 chambres (lits pour 8 personnes), 3 salles de bain complĂštes et 1 800 pieds carrĂ©s de surface habitable. La zone commune a un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert idĂ©al pour les rassemblements sociaux avec une cuisine gastronomique bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, un nouveau canapĂ© sectionnel et une tĂ©lĂ©vision de 60 pouces. Le pont avant offre des vues sur l'intra-copieux tandis que le pont arriĂšre offre des vues pittoresques sur l'ocĂ©an.

LA PLAGE:
Nous avons peut-ĂȘtre un parti pris, mais nous pensons que c’est l’une des plus belles plages de la cĂŽte est avec du sable. La plage est large et pas aussi bondĂ©e que la plupart. La Carolina Beach Boardwalk (votĂ© 3Ăšme meilleur promenade dans le pays par USA Today en 2016) se promĂšne rapidement si vous cherchez des restaurants, des bars et des divertissements. Cependant, si vous souhaitez une ambiance plus dĂ©contractĂ©e, n'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  marcher un pĂątĂ© de maisons sur votre propre bout de paradis.

We had such a fabulous time; the house was super clean. The y had all sorts of games so during nap times, our oldest and us played Scrabble. The greatest part was that had everything one would need in a home and all the things toddlers love. The house was full equipped with anything one would need for a home. It was our "home away from home" .

Great Location and Amazing Host

We had a great time even with Tropical Storm Debby in the area for the week. Great restaurant recommendations from Alan and overall we had an excellent time. It's a quick walk to the beach and plenty of beach chairs and more available to use. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking meals was easy. Thanks for a great stay. Definitely enjoyed Carolina Beach!!

We had a fabulous time for our girls weekend! The house is in such a great location, just one short block to the ocean front and walkable distance to the boardwalk! Cleanliness of this place was top notch! Communication with the owner was easy and effortless. 10/10 reccomend!

Great family place

This home was a great place for our family of 8 adults and our 16 month old grandson to stay. First of all my grandson loved all of the toys and books provided. There were so many, kept him very entertained. We also appreciated the beach items such as the canopy, wagon, chairs, and toys. The kitchen and living room were good size for all of us to sit and relax. The walk to the beach was short and easy, especially with the wagon. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. He made some good recommendations for restaurants and activities. We walked down to the boardwalk several times. It was a great stay and I highly recommend.

Well Stocked House Close to the Beach

We stayed here on a girls trip for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The place is clearly catered to families (the room with bunk beds comes stocked with dress-up close for children and a shelf full of children's books) but we found that it also worked great for a group of 35+ friends. We loved how well-stocked the house was, there were lots of spices and condiments for cooking, plenty of cookware, lots of towels for both the beach and showering, and tons of extra blankets. The place also feels larger in person than it looks in pictures and it was a block from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back next year.

Almost Perfect

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The only things that made it less than perfect for me and my husband, both up there in years, were the extremely low set commode and the foam mattress. Also with my bad back and hips, I could not sit on the sofa. It too was too soft and I had to have help getting up and out. So I kind of felt like Goldilocks (too hard, too soft, too tall, too short.....) But everyone else was very comfortable!!!! If it were not for my health issues, I'm sure it would have been fine. The owner/s were wonderful. Answered every question with a quickness. Very kind and accommodating. THANKS, Y'all!!

Comfy with easy beach access

We enjoyed visiting this charming house with a quick 5 min walk to the beach! We had 5 adults, 17, 12, 8 yr olds in tow. Plenty of room to stretch out, yet maintain privacy with the 3bed/3bath facilities. The kitchen is open and large, tv and sectional all in open area so food prep did not prevent us from visiting at the same time. The 2 porches are perfect as you can enjoy the front porch in AM for shade and back porch PM for shade-both with a breeze! The owner of this home is an amazing host! He had friendly and quick communication and was kind to offer his recommendations around town. This was a great vacation stay!

Loved this house

The house is so beautiful and spacious. The location is great and the beach access is super close. The owner is very nice and responsive with communication. Our vacation was really wonderful. Loved Carolina Beach and loved this house. Would stay here again.

Perfect location

This was our first stay at Carolina Beach. I grew up going to Emerald Isle and wasn’t sure what to expect. Carolina Beach definitely is not the same as EI, but it has more places to stay and is beautiful! The house was a great size for our family of five and had everything we needed, including linens, beach towels, and comfy beach chairs. I couldn’t tell from the photos, but it is a three story unit and this is the bottom floor. (We could hear footsteps but no voices.) The beach is just around the corner and wasn’t overly crowded. My college runner son put in tons of miles and said the running was good. (There is a bike lane, but no sidewalks.) Excellent stay and we would love to come again!

Wonderful.

A beach vacation with a toddler only to be interrupted by hurricane Ophilia. No worries. The house was loaded with toys and games and big enough to have a good time. Alan couldn’t have been more helpful.

Great family time

We had an amazing stay at the property! Alan was very helpful and responded to all questions quickly! The property was so clean and had lots of room. Everyone was able to have their own space and we had plenty of time to be together in the dinning and great room areas! There were toys and games to keep the 4 year old happy and busy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals, there were porches on the front and back of the house which were lovely to sit out on. The outside shower was a hit with all the kids and helped keep the sand outside. The walk to the beach was so easy, just around the corner. We were even able to walk right out to the beach from where we had been all week for the Thursday night boardwalk fireworks and watch them. The location was so safe and quiet, even being along a busy road we were surprised that there was so little outside noise! There were only SMALL issues. First, the property is the first level and there is another rental above. Both properties have hard wood floors. So, we could easily hear the renters upstairs running around and walking. We did contact Alan who offered to bring a sound machine, but we ended up just dealing with it, as it was really only in the morning and night time. The other small concern is the towels at the house were musty, maybe it's just way things are with climate/beach. The towels were "clean and folded" when we arrived and after 1 shower they were smelly. Over all great trip!

Perfect Beach House

We loved this place. It was clean, a 2 minute walk to the beach, perfect for young children, great kitchen and large family room for all to enjoy. Alan was especially attentive and welcoming. If you're looking for a very nice beach location and house, this is it.

This was a very nice place to stay. Great location with short walk to the beach. Owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for things in the area. Beach supplies available that just made it easier and a great time!
