- Certain dog breeds are prohibited by the building, please inform us of your -dog breed prior to booking.
- Keep the key fob with you at all times. Lost key fob will result in a $500 fine
- Smoking is prohibited and a $1000 cleaning fee will be charged if found in violation
- Only guests on the reservation are allowed to be in the apartment
