Wake up with the birds singing, view the sea and take a 3 min walk to the beach for a morning dip in the ocean.

Peaceful area for long refreshing jogs/walks and bicycle tours on fantastic cycling paths around beautiful VÀrmdö.
Spend the day swimming, playing on the beach and surf board paddling (SUP).
In the huge lovely green garden you play table tennis, badmonton, croquet, football, basketball and board games at the house.
Great entertainment areas both indoors and outdoors with modern kitchen that has direct access to the secluded and big horseshoe shaped patio at the back. The front patio has dining and relaxation areas.

We are a family with two kids, 13 and 15 who loves the outdoors and sports activities. We love our house because it has all what we need. It is close to the water for swimming and water sports. The U-shaped terrass means it is well protected from the wind and we can spend mornings and evenings until late outside. We play basketball, table tennis, badminton, croquet, football. The kids love our 50 meter zip-line that goes from the forest into our garden. The kitchen is directly connected to the back yard terrass which makes it a perfect entertainment area.
Since the house is inhabited all-year around it is perfectly insulated, has a fire place and electrical heating systems.

The area is very quite and pieceful. And thanks to the design of the house with the back yard and terrass protected from any outside views, we feel very private.
The forst behind us is fabulous for walks and for picking mushrooms and blueberries. We have frequent visits in from dear and moose that like to come and eat from the grass,

It has a very welcoming and open plan solution. Great for entertainment. The location is secluded and right in nature. Yet it is only 40 min drive to down town Stockholm.
