The perfect home base for all your Sunriver adventures! Located near Fort Rock Park and just minutes from the SHARC, this location offers convenience and privacy. With beautiful outdoor spaces and great light, this is the place to make memories. There are five full bedrooms (two on the main floor) plus the kids cave with three more beds. Make use of 12 SHARC passes providing access to pools, waterslide, disc golf, pickleball courts, and more. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with large table for eating or games. Relax on the patio spaces with grill, Blackstone, and lots of seating facing the woods. Unwind in the hot tub on the deck under the stars. Plus, fast Wi-Fi for working or streaming. This home has AC and a wood burning stove to keep you comfortable in all seasons. EV Tesla charger onsite. Please do not take shower towels to the SHARC or river. Guests are encouraged to bring towels from home to take outside of the house.

The house is roomy and set up well for a large group. The host was attentive and communicated in a very timely manner. We had a great stay.

The house was perfect for our family of 11 over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was very well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious with adequate seating, and the hot tub was a bonus. There was enough parking for all the cars and we would definitely stay there again.

The eight members of our group, including two couples, all wanted their own rooms. This property accomplished that nicely with enough bathrooms to be comfortable. The open, well-appointed, kitchen/dining room was great for meal prep and conversation, and flowed nicely to good indoor and outdoor spaces. The deck was expansive with room comfortable seating for the whole group, and more. Hot tub was great, too. The host was hospitable and promptly addressed a minor communication glitch.

Family reunion

Everyone in group was very pleased with the home. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and very nice deck.Shannon quickly responded to any issues we had. Only thing that might be addressed was that some bikes needed work, but all in all, a 5 star accommodation

Shannon’s home is in a great location near Fort Rock Park and the home fits many people comfortably. It was clean and Shannon was very flexible. Had a great trip!

Great Location

Great stay, perfect for our group of 11 and two dogs. Location is great, next to the trails and a close bike ride to the Sharc, Village, North Store. Front driveway was safe for kids to bike around. Kitchen had everything needed with lots of extra plates and cups. Beds could use replacement. Would stay again!

Great House in Sunriver!

We had a wonderful stay at Shannon’s home in Sunriver! We had a few families with children, and the house was perfect — very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Shannon was a great host and communicated clearly and quickly whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Comfortable well laid out vacation home.

From my 96yo mom to my 7yo grandson, this house was perfect. It is comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything, also appreciated the second fridge in the garage for our Thanksgiving group. Highly recommend this place

Check in was easy and straightforward. Only a slight hiccup with check in time as it's listed as 3 pm one place and 4 pm another. We waited for cleaners to finish and then got in at 4pm. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook for our large group. Garage fridge was super helpful for food and drinks overflow. Beds were comfortable. Lot of "yard space" out back for some yard style games. Deck could use some love but it was functional. Regarding the provided bikes, we found 2 adult size that were usable. Not sure about the kid ones. All in all the house worked great for our group and we would rent again.

Great spot for birthday bash!

I rented this house for my wife's 30th birthday party with friends and had a great time. Plenty of spaces to sleep made it a great option for us and the amenities offered were such a treat. The host was very quick to respond to texts when we had issues. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful location!

Spacious, clean, kid friendly!

We stayed here with our friends and small children for the weekend. Location is perfect! Close to the park, SHARC, and Village. Host was quick to respond and friendly, took care of us asap:)

Average House

This house is a nice size, lots of beds. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds, pillows, chairs and couches feel old and worn out. And the ice was so bad that it was hard to walk from the car to the front door or on the deck to the hot tub without falling. Over all ot was a great stay.

Great house! Will stay again!

We were a large group of 4 families in town for a baseball tournament and this house was absolutely perfect for us! Lots of space inside and plenty for the kids to do outside! The house was clean, fully equipped, great location, check in/check out were super easy and Shannon was amazing to work with! Nothing was missed, lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We will definitely stay again!

Great Place for a Getaway

The house was big and accommodated 12 of us and 2 dogs. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The owner is terrific and tried to make sure that everything went well for us. Sunriver is amazing. Float the river, ride bikes, hike Broken Top mountain, see Crater Lake, etc. We will be back.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We first came on a family vacation to Sunriver in 2005 and fell in love with the place. We all agreed it was the best vacation we had ever had together. The bike paths make it so easy to get around and there is so much to do and enjoy.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You can sit on the deck and look out into the woods quite a ways before seeing another house and it feels so private. The trails are close by and the access to the park and the SHARC is fantastic. There are plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. We love sitting in the hot tub on a starry night or cuddling in front of the wood stove while the snow falls outside.
