Sunset Paradise Villa in Orlando area. Very close to Disney and Universal

Welcome to Sunset Paradise Villa in the beautiful Glenbrook community. Central Florida , 20 minutes to DISNEY and close to all major theme parks. Entering the villa you are welcomed into a formal sitting/dining area leading into an open concept kitchen/breakfast area and family room with access to a screen enclosed in-ground west facing pool. 2 master bedrooms each with 4 pc ensuite, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. 1-3 pc bathroom, full laundry, games room in garage. Pool area has table, chairs and loungers. pool gets lots of afternoon and evening sun to enjoy the beautiful climate and sunsets. Green area behind house is well landscaped and maintained, home to the threatened gopher tortoise. Family room and bedrooms all have flat screen tv's with cable, house has internet WIFI and telephone that includes calling in the U.S. , Canada and Europe.
If you have a furry friend, no worries, we are pet friendly! Would you like to have the pool heated? Absolutely! Please request this services and ask us about related fees for pet and pool heat.
If you would like to have a grill, please request information for third party rentals.

A week away from home

it was a great communication with the host, the place was very clean. the only thing that we did not like was the traffic going to universal , a little bit to far to my taste. Very quiet and everything you may need was there or around the corner except Universal ( LOL... )

Great trip

The property is in excellent condition, everything was very clean and organized. The house is comfortable, the pool was very clean. The communication with Nancy was very good. The neighborhood was very quiet. I recommend this property to spend a few pleasant days with the family.

Lovely clean comfortable house with an amazing Host Nancy!

We have been coming to Florida for many years and this was one of the best, cleanest most comfortable houses we've stayed at. The host Nancy was amazing and wonderful with great communication. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. When we return this will be the house we choose to stay at again. Loved it!

Fantastic Place To Stay- Amazing Property Manager

The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed and then some. Matched the description in the listing, was situated in a nice area, and was in general just a very nice place to stay! We were lucky to be able to bring our 3 dogs with us for this stay and we were so grateful for that. The pool was lovely and clean; we spent a lot of time out there! The property manager, Nancy, made the check in process easy and was very flexible and helpful with us throughout our stay. She is a wonderful host and if I have the opportunity to stay here again I’ll do it in a heartbeat.

Beautiful House

The pictures did not do justice to the house,way prettier in person.Very clean .Nancy was fantastic in answering all my questions. Over-all just a perfect relaxing stay!

Awesome place

Everything was absolutely perfect!

I Drove down from Boston MA to Clermont FL and from the moment I booked this stay the host was very accommodating and polite. She answered and my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was great! Highly recommend booking this property!
