This family-owned, 4-bedroom/4-bathroom home is located between the lobster fishing villages of Port Clyde and Tenants Harbor in Midcoast Maine. The house and property are totally private, facing South and East, right smack on the banks of the Atlantic Ocean. It has a large lawn that slopes gently from the house to its private ocean frontage. There are steps down to the ocean where you will find huge, wide, flat gentle rocks with tide pools nestled in between.

Plus, find a bonus screen house right next to the ocean -- a perfect place to enjoy a sunset dinner or take a nap as the ocean lulls you to sleep!

The Windfall house has a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The second floor has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms each with a tub and shower. The main floor of the house features a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, an office, a laundry room, the fourth full bathroom with a shower, and a single bedroom. This house has two TVs, a gas grill, ample outdoor furniture, a gazebo/screened-in house with comfortable furniture right next to the ocean, and badminton, croquet, bocce ball, and whiffle ball!
