Beautiful Seaside cottage with stunning views

This sweet seaside cottage has everything you could want for a perfect relaxing getaway - you will feel like you're on the bow of the ship the ocean is so close. You can hear and see the sea from every room on the house; the first thing you will see when you open your eyes in the morning is the sea. There is a first floor master bedroom, with French doors that open onto the deck and an attached master bath. Sip your coffee on the deck and then take a walk on the miles of wooded trails right out the back door. This is the perfect place to come and sit, read and relax.

Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a full bed and one with two twin beds. There is another bathroom with a full bath tub. The kitchen is small but well appointed. The house is light filled and airy and designed to draw you to the view of the sea and the nature surrounding the house. You will see bald eagles (there's a nest near by), and osprey; you'll see lobster-fishing boats right out the window.

If you need like a night out, Rockland and Camden (20 and 40 mins respectively) offer excellent dining options as well as galleries and shopping.

We own the cottage next door as well (VRBO 174769), we occasionally rent them together for larger gatherings. Although there is a cottage next door, we constructed the new cottage to have excellent privacy.

This property has been in my family for generations, we have brought our kids here for holidays and summers, they are growing up and we built this cottage in anticipation of the next generation!
