Welcome to our lovely Deer Springs 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Home!

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Deer Springs 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom. This thoughtfully designed home is located in the beautiful city of Hideout. Just minutes outside Park City, you will find yourself only a short distance from some of Utah's best outdoor recreation, including hiking and biking trails, boating, swimming, paddle boarding, fishing, golfing, skiing, and much more.

Main floor living with open floor plan. The kitchen is a chef's dream with Thermador appliances and is perfect for entertaining! Relax on the back deck and enjoy the mountain views and Jordanelle Reservoir. The main floor has the master suite, with extra room with an ensuite bathroom. Make your way downstairs to a second living room, two more bedrooms with ensuite baths, and a hot tub on the back patio to soak in as you watch the sunset.

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
Experience luxurious comfort in each of our meticulously designed bedrooms:

The Master Bedroom boasts a spacious King bed, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, a refreshing shower, and an indulgent full bath for your relaxation and convenience.
The Second room offers a cozy Queen bed, complete with its flat-screen TV, a shower, and a full bath, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
Retreat to the Third room furnished with another comfortable King bed, a flat-screen TV, a shower, and a full bath, providing a tranquil sanctuary for relaxation.

Superb Home Away from Home

We have stayed at many VRBOs. This was our best experience to date. Aside from the obvious fantastic location and views, the home was well stocked and very clean. The management company was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any needs (we needed a propane tank refilled and they did so quickly). Highly recommend. Oh - and the theater room - what a great touch!

Stunning inside and out!!!

The views, cleanliness, and comfort level throughout were excellent. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we never had time to use the hottub, grill or firepit but the patio swings were a hit!!!

We stayed for fall break and took our daughter’s family with us. The kids room and TV space was so fun! While we had to tuck some stuff away to toddler proof it, the kids loved it! The kitchen had everything we needed, including toddler utensils. Beds were so comfy! Plenty of places to eat nearby and a quick drive right over to the store. Gorgeous home and location.

Loved everything about our stay

Tucked away in Utah's stunning scenery, this amazing house offers easy access to Park City , Canyons and Deer Valley ski resorts. Its location is super handy, close to restaurants and Winter Activity Center - Woodward. The views of the mountains and the lake are simply breathtaking, making mornings extra special. Inside, the house is brand new and really comfy, perfect for a big family like ours. We love gathering around the big dinner table every night, and the balcony is great for barbecue nights with those stunning views. The backyard is huge, plenty of space for snow play with the kids and exploring trails. Overall, it's not just a house, but a perfect spot for family fun and relaxation amidst Utah's beauty.

Beautiful and comfortable

Nothing bad at all to say about this home or the process for checking in or out. Everything exactly as pictured/described. It's a beautiful home, stunning view, nice for families. Everything was made to be very comfortable. They thought of everything. Loved the hot tub and fireplace upstairs and downstairs. Restrooms for each bedroom and a nook for the kids. I plan to come back with my entire family plus another family some time. Appliances are very nice. Dining table fits a lot of people. Probably one of the best vacation rentals we've ever been in. Its not super close to "things to do" if you don't mind driving a bit. We spent a fair amount of total time driving to and from every place we went from the house, but it wasn't bad at all. We came in the winter so it was a beautiful view each time we drove to/from.
