Whether you're spending the day by the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or lounging under the tiki bar with a drink in hand, this place is all about unwinding in style. There’s plenty of cozy corners to relax and enjoy.

Lounge on the dreamy outdoor cabana bed, have dinner by the fire-lit dining table, or enjoy quality time with family and friends—this backyard is made for unforgettable nights! We’ve got games, selfie walls, sun loungers, ping pong, and even cornhole. When the sun goes down, the whole space lights up with magical LED lighting. It’s pure vacation mode.

Inside, it’s just as comfy and welcoming. The living room looks out over the pool and has a Smart TV with full cable—perfect for movie nights or catching the game. The kitchen is fully stocked for anyone who loves to cook or just snack in style, with everything from a smart fridge to a breakfast bar and a gorgeous marble dining table. There’s even a pass-through window to the patio bar, so you’re never far from the fun!

When it’s time to crash, the main house has four cozy bedrooms:

• Primary Suite: King bed + twin rollaway
• Bedroom 2: Full-over-full bunk bed
• Bedroom 3: Comfy queen bed
• Bedroom 4: Three twin beds-perfect for the kiddos

There’s a second bathroom with a big walk-in shower and a sleek vanity to make getting ready easy for everyone.

Bringing a big group? We've got you covered with an attached studio suite that feels like its own mini home. Enjoy complete privacy from the rest of the group with a king bed, fireplace, Smart TV, dining area, deluxe kitchenette, full bath, and a private entrance. It even has its own sliding door out to the backyard—ideal for someone wanting a little extra space.

This home has been completely redone with modern, colorful touches inside and out. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and a stone's throw away from the freeway to explore San Diego.

You’ll have the entire estate to yourself, including the backyard and guest studio.

Other things to note:

• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum. There is a 2 day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free.
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 14 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.
