Our experience was super nice. Spacious rooms, clean, great location. The kids swimming pool was right below the unit. There were all sorts of beach toys. The shopping mall across the road was very nice with restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes.

Property was amazing - beautiful condo and amazing location. Worked very well for our family. On site staff very courteous and helpful . 15 min from grocery stores if you like to cook on vacation

Wonderful location

We loved our stay at Wailea Beach Villas. The unit was the perfect size for our family and the location was perfect. The property managers were amazing and so accommodating. We had two beautiful pools, easy access to the beach and the grounds were so beautiful!

Was very clean unit and properly except for a few items. Had a cabinet door fall off its hinges and also the exhaust fan over the barbecue did not work and the property repair man could not fix it.

Amazing Property

We loved our stay at this property. It was even better than we imagined. The location was stunning with a short walk to the beautiful beach and easy access to the family pool. It was well stocked with everything we could possible need.

The perfect Maui location

The Villa is lovely. Great layout with well appointed kitchen and family space. Beds were comfortable. The adult pool is so relaxing with the beautiful ocean view. Close to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Wonderfully equipped. Fabulous location and view over the family pool.

We were 8 people incl grandchildren, their parents and siblings and the space was very comfortable. Loved having the grill right on the deck so it was easy to cook at home instead of going out tor every meal (especially important for the children), Lots of beach gear, a high chair, wonderfully equipped kitchen.

Love.

The location of this property is amazing. Right next door to a shopping center. Semi private beach access with minimal waves (perfect for our toddler). Location of the kids pool was perfect because the buildings blocked out wind if there was any. Staff on site was prompt and very helpful.

Family Wedding Trip

It was a difficult time to travel because of the devastating fires on West Maui. We made the decision to continue with our plans because of a family wedding at a nearby resort. We were kindly welcomed at the Villa and had a wonderful stay. The Wailea area is beautiful, and our family enjoyed the pools, beach, and exploring the shops and nearby resorts. The Villa is a perfect family gathering spot.

Property is great and close to beach. Outlets and great shopping area close by. Checkin process was very painful as staff at front desk was rude and racist. Won’t be staying at this property again. Property manager kept in communication and was responsive

The fourth bedroom was a den that was completely enclosed. The bed in that room is a queen Murphy Bed.

Great week in Wailea

We appreciate the 4 bedroom unit- great location. We enjoyed yoga on Tuesday and Thursday and the proximity to the ocean and restaurants is perfect. A few things could be updated in the unit itself, but it was clean and worked well for 8 adults. The bedroom was quite dark- maybe new lamps w 3 way lightbulbs would help. The handle to the deck door falls off and a few refresh things could do the trick. Overall a great week!

Great villa but needs maintenance

The Villa and property was great but the unit needed some maintenance. Heavy Lanui door handle would fall off and could hurt your foot. Left blind in Master was damaged. Shower head in Master was leaking wasting water. Toilet tank in guest bathroom was always running Wasting water. Fixing these issue would make Villa a perfect fit for family vacation in Wailea.

The condo was the perfect size for our 8 family members, 5 adults and 3 kids ages. 8, 6, and 3 months. Everyone had their own private space and the kitchen and living area was spacious and met all of our needs. It was very comfortable for our week long stay. The property was wonderful with a well equipped gym that we used every day and great pool and beach facilities. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach and have lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for us. The beach attendants were wonderful and especially attentive to our needs. There were plenty of towels and sunscreen readily available. The Wailea Shops across the street had great shopping opportunities as well as nearby restaurants.We did have a few maintenance issues in the condo, but the maintenance people showed up promptly and fixed the problems. The stove was not working well though and took a long time to heat up, so someone should take a look at it. Other then that, everything went well.

The condo was not very clean. The walls and doors were very dirty, greasy, and gross to touch. The back door slider was broken, handle completely missing and no way to lock it. Broken kitchen cabinet under stovetop. The first master bathroom sink was broken - the hot handle does not really work. This same sink did not drain, so we could not use the sink. The second master bathroom sink didn't drain right either, but we ended up sharing it. Master shower handle very difficult to turn to get to warmer temperatures. Master bedroom door handle missing lock. Outside grill was a serious fire danger - fan at the top of the grill does not work at all - can't even turn it on. We used the grill twice and both times grease from the fan top above leaked disgusting grease onto the patio tile floor. The grill was so dirty it was hard to keep the flames down when cooking. You should inform guests that parking spot is for a compact vehicle - could not use it. Missing batteries in several remotes - had to go buy them to use tv's. WiFi did not work well at all during entire stay. Guest room thermostat broken - could not adjust temperature. We were never contacted about cleaning during our stay, front desk not helpful and when I emailed owner he said someone would contact me - no one ever did. Trees in front of patio so overgrown that it greatly limited views. Property was presented as exceptional and it definitely was not. I would rate this property a 7 at best...

Good Stay

Excellent location for families with a wonderful view. The kitchen is well stocked and all items in the kitchen were clean and in good condition. The owners were very responsive and helpful when needed. Check in was easy, very pleasant and welcoming. The resort employees were always knowledgeable and helpful at the pools and at the beach. The pools, beach and resort grounds are impeccable. The beach is expansive and has wonderful views.

Beautiful Property

We had a fabulous time at the Wailea Beach Villas! The customer service was excellent. The property and Condo was just like it was described on VRBO. We enjoyed: - Awesome pools - Short walk to the beach and Wailea shops - Complimentary Chair, umbrella and towel service at the beach - Compimentary coffee at the lobby each morning - BBQ on the patio - Beautiful view from the patio - The condo had beach chairs and toys for us to use! Wailea beach Villas location is perfect! It was so convenient to walk right over to Island Gourmet at the Wailea shops for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This store has is all! Mahalo!
