This property offers a peaceful vibe, which allows you to experience all AZ has to offer. We are close to many attractions. You're just minutes away from hiking, walking trails, biking, horseback riding, one-of-a-kind restaurants, shopping & of course, award winning golf courses! Spa lovers, Boulders Astoria and Scottsdale Princess are 10 minutes away. Located 20 min away from WestWorld its ideal for when the shows come to town. Close to the world famous Phx Open Golf Tournament.
The space
This unique space, approx 500 sq foot, sits on an acre of land, with access to a large, private courtyard, offering an outdoor dining space, along with resort style outdoor furniture, large umbrellas with twinkle lights that sets an ambiance like no other. You can relax outside in the morning with a cup of coffee, or enjoy at night with family/friends sitting by the gas fired tabletop while grilling on the gas BBQ. You can also gather around the wood burning fire pit for campfire stories and s'mores. You’ll be able to capture the exquisite sunsets and rises by accessing the rooftop veranda via a spiral staircase.

Inside, this 1 bedroom comes with a resort style King bed for a great night's sleep, full bath with garden tub, and desk for workspace (wifi included). The bedroom comes with a Smart TV and darkening shades on each window for privacy. We also have an Air Doctor purifier running to help maximize your health while with us.

The Living Space has a queen sized pull out sofa bed with cozy linens for sleeping or curling up to watch a movie on the Smart TV (Directv access too), especially on a chilly night when you utilize the electric fireplace!

The Kitchenette is fully equipped with a full sized retro fridge/freezer, microwave, airfryer, toaster, induction cooktop, and sink with disposal. The space also offers a private area for complimentary coffee/tea in the mornings (or whenever!)

Don’t take dirty clothes home - you can utilize the full sized washer/gas dryer, detergent available. All linens, toiletries and basic kitchen needs are provided for your stay.

This space is perfect for those coming to visit friends/family, or here for work, or if you are in the process of relocating. And let’s not forget, its perfect if you are here to take in all the amazing things AZ has to offer all year round! It is a perfect quiet/peaceful getaway!

THE PROPERTY and SERVICES:
The moment you drive onto the dirt road, you will sense that you have arrived some place unique and special. Spending time in the courtyard or walking around the neighborhood, you’ll completely unwind while listening to the birds, wind chimes and the wildlife around. You’ll enjoy the equestrian activity in the neighborhood and the 360 degree views of the mountains with the Sonoran desert landscape of saguaros. Experiencing Arizona’s sunsets are just breathtaking.
