Simple yet Elegant space that makes your stay worthwhile. Abundance of Natural Light through the home would make you have a good vibe.

The backyard has a BBQ grill and a pool to enjoy the time with friends and family.

Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The fridge has filter for drinking. There is also a water softener for your healthier skin.

65" Smart TV in the living room for your entertainment.

There are some board games to play with friends and family.

Spacious home with pool (no shallow part. about 5 foot to 8 foot deep) Nice furnishings but home could use some fixing up. Overall, a good stay and good communication.

Clean, well-stocked house with a sparkling pool perfect for any family. Easy check-in and check-out with very communicative and helpful host.

Great House, Peaceful Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos and the pool was great! Check in and check out were very easy and the host was very quick to respond to all communication. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It does back up to an elementary school but since we were there in June, we had no issues with noise. Not sure how it would be with school in session. Overall we loved the place and would definitely stay here again.

Nice house.

This was a nice house in a nice neighborhood. It had everything we needed. Lots of room. Big open living room kitchen area. Beck deck is nice and relaxing. Too cold to use the pool but it was a nice relaxing area.

Good trip, I left needed items with no response to my enquires

The home was nice, nice nieghborhood. The check in was easy after I was informed how it was done. The communication issue was after the check out having no response . Important medications were left in the night stand in the master bedroom. Messages were through VRBO with no response to me, if looked for or found. I had family in the area that would pick up my heart medications when found.

Cave Creek Cozy home

The property was cozy and well-suited to our needs, accommodating five adults comfortably for a three-night stay to visit family and attend a wedding. The location was convenient, close to the wedding venue and shopping. However, the backyard borders an elementary school, so there was some noise from the children on Friday afternoon. The pool and back yard are very small. It would have been helpful to have an information sheet with details on door codes, trash and recycling instructions, and checkout procedures. The owner was very responsive and quickly accommodated our request for an early check-in due to our early morning flight into Phoenix. While the space appeared clean on the surface, a deep clean would be beneficial, as there was dust on light fixtures and shelves. There were also a few items in need of repair.

As advertised home on the road to Cave Creek

Stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. Location was convenient to stores and highways, but in a residential neighborhood. House is comfortable, and includes all the basics in terms of amenities, but not much more. Owner was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay.
