The front office was very nice and the cabin was perfect for a getaway for my husband and I. The spa was nice and clean. The cabin heated up quickly with the stove and/or heaters. There was soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and filters provided. The front porch was salted so the snow wasn’t slippery and the property was well maintained. It was quiet at night and we really enjoyed our peaceful stay. This is perfect for a little romantic getaway trip.

The house is really nice and spacious. We liked the themed touches. The neighborhood is great and it’s so close to Disney. We would stay there again.

The property is lovely! There’s a little road noise from the highway, but with the windows closed you can’t hear it too much. Communication from the managers was amazing and the place was clean and better than expected.

We loved it! Up there for a wedding. My friend came along to use the cabin. The place was cozy, super clean. The jacuzzi was hot and relaxing. The bed was so nice. I slep very well. Melissa is just awesome ad helpful.

A little get away from it all!

Their was a mix up and double booking, but the property manager did everything to make sure our stay was pleasant, even docking off a night for the confusion, she even went as far as putting rose pedals and candles on our bed. All in all such an awsome experience, I would definitely recommend. We will be returning in the summer.

Great overall stay.

We were a bit disappointed in the jacuzzi since that was one of the highlighting features of the cabin and one of the main reasons why we chose it. The jet covers were coming off and there was this brown gunk floating around the entire thing which I imagine came from in the pipes, and who knows how long it’s been sitting in there. We could only handle a few minutes before we had to get out. If they fixed this huge issue this would be an A+ destination again. Overall we did have a pleasant stay and Melissa was great to work with.

Rustic getaway

The cabin was like a tiny house without the frills. Everything you need is there. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was storage. There wasn't a dresser, just a few drawers in the desk. The bathroom could use a shelf or two to put your toiletries on, or a cabinet sink w/ undersink storage . I'm short, so some things were hard for me, such as turning on the shower w/out getting wet! It was a nice time, though, and the hot tub was great!!

Cute cabin

Cabin was very quaint and clean. Loved that it was decorated for Christmas. Property manager was able to get us in earlier since there was a winter storm going through. We really appreciated the whole experience at this resort.

Everything was clean and cozy. We had a wonderful time at Hidden Rest Cabins.

The check in/check out process was smooth and easy. All the cabins were decorated and furnished with Christmas trees. That was a very nice touch for this time of year. Highly recommend this property for a quiet getaway.

Talk about cozy!

Cabin #8 is nothing less than perfect. Very comfortable, warm and stress-free little place to wind down. The indoor jacuzzi was the cherry on top!

Not what I was hoping

We walked in smelled roach spray, so we walked around the place seen roaches. We didn't get to use the jacuzzi because the water smelled funky and look dirty ( and this was the main reason why I rented this place). Need to focus on cleaning the room better, fridge shouldn't smell like it did, we shouldn't see roaches nor spider webs around the rooms. The good thing about it was the heaters, the bed and couch (internet wasn't really good either)

I do apologize for any conveniences that you incurred during your stay. I can assure you that the hot tubs are checked after someone checks out and before someone stays to make sure that all the chemicals are where they should be. As for there being roaches, that is something that I have never been made aware of nor seen here. We have a professional pest control that is here monthly and were here prior to you stay. However they only spray the outside so I'm not sure why there would have been any form of "roach spray" smell in the cabin. These are all things that will be addressed with staff so that it never happens again, thank you for bringing them to my attention. Melissa
