Itâs a tranquil retreat with walk-out deck access. Down the hall, the cozy built-in pyramid bunk bedroom designed to sleep three is perfect for the younger members of the group, or a small family. Thereâs also a full bath with a tub & shower.
The upper level of Lemon Pepper Pointe is a bright and welcoming space that encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Contemporary decor with shades of grey, cobalt blue, and pops of vibrant yellow create a cheerful ambiance. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so youâll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if thereâs anything you need!
