Amazing private residence inside a 4,000 square foot first-class Biltmore style English riding stables, overlooking a beautiful 55-acre horse farm/wedding venue property. Enjoy a natural spring fed creek, pond with a fountain, hiking trail, and a wedding venue during weekends called The Stables at Strawberry Creek. If the space is available it means we will not have an event during your stay, so come enjoy yourself!

Property is beautiful. Definitely need better internet/ Wi-Fi and I was surprised there was no toilet paper left for us. Other than that this is a beautiful area very relaxing.

What a gem of a place. It was was clean, beautifully decorated with lots of room. The location is beautiful to walk around and enjoy the peace and quite. The horses were very friendly and glad to see you, and there is a grey cat that will just steal your heart, a real snuggler. We will definately come back in the future.

Awesome

We were greeted by a very friendly cat named Smoky. The place was beautiful! Our son and grandson came to visit and loved being able to feed the horses. We were able to visit family and see Christmas lights in Pigeon Forge. Very peaceful.

Family reunion brought us to the area.

Communication and check in flawless, the cottage was clean and peaceful . Bed was comfortable, the TV in the bedroom either needs additional instruction on how to get it to work or needs to be replaced. The bathroom toilet needs to be replaced and the tub needs to be scrubbed . The living room furniture could use an upgrade. The kitchen window should have a blind for privacy. Overall stay was very affordable and we would stay there again. Thanks !

Besties Retreat

The property was nice and secluded. It was a good pick for what we needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend. It does need a walkway from the parking lot to the door. The front door is hard to lock and unlock, it sticks. The spatulas and such need to be replaced. The utensil holder is dirty. The bathroom sink drain was full of hair. The toilet handle is loose and sometimes the toilet wont quit running. The couch needs to be moved so that you can sit comfortably and watch tv. Needs a working tv in the bedroom. The property staff kept coming all hours of the day and night to do whatever they were doing. Two nights someone was there close to midnight when we were trying to sleep. Scared us for a minute. Needed more towels and washrags in the bathroom. Im not complaining as much as im trying to make someone aware. The host was super nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the place. Its affordable and just enough for 2 besties to get away for a few days. affordable,. hair. d unlock.sticks.

Peaceful location

Everything was as expected. Close to Knoxville but still rural enough to listen to the natural sounds of this location. The price was very reasonable. The ride to Asheville on hiway 70 was spectacular.

Such an amazing property!

We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! Such a gorgeous plot of land and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will be staying at The Stables Cottage anytime we’re back in the area.

This is a great property with a very responsive owner. Very clean and everything worked. We are planning on staying here again when we come back to Knoxville.

Amazing in every way!

First of all Bobby the owner/host went above and beyond to make a difficult time for my family a lot less stressful. He accommodated us in a way you don’t expect from a rental. Thank you again Bobby! As far as the property goes it’s beautiful quiet and secluded. Horses, beautiful pond, we got all of our daughters senior pics all on property. Will definitely be staying again in the future.
