This 2 Bedrooms ./ 2 full Bathrooms apartment address is on rue saint Paul in Le Marais and a few steps away from the Seine river which now offers a waking and tree planted bank . The nearest metro stop are Saint Paul on line 1 and Sully Morland on Line 7.

The apartment is on the 6th top floor with elevator ( 7th floor american) . It consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm by 200cm or 72 inches by 80 inches) with its own en suite full bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds ( each 90cm *200cm or 36 inches by 80 inches) with it own en suite full bathroom . One of the bathrooms has a separate washer and dryer.
The apartment comes with free WI-FI and international cable channels. It has a view on the Notre-Dame cathedral and the Eiffel Tower . The living room has an A/C wall unit.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers high quality linens and towels.

Le Marais is one of the most charming areas of Paris. XVII century old district with plenty of 'hotels particulars' (mansions) and gardens. Museums. Luxury shopping, galleries and the traditional selection of food shops you can find in a French living area.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 200pm.

Super apartment for a stay in Paris!! The location is fantastic with many close restaurants, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter. If we return to Paris, will definitely stay here!!!

The coffee pot was not working and we had ants. Oliver responded immediately and corrected the issues. The kitchen was well equipped. I would recommend that the host provide the usual household items like laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, tissues, coffee, tea, sugar. These are all items that other 10 star properties provide for weary travelers. We absolutely LOVED the location and the house, the windows were beautiful and the.view stunning! The beds and furniture were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice.

we provide laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, liquid soap, toilet paper, trash bags. the kitchen supplies depend from what is left from the previous tenants.

Location was excellent, apartment was spacious, safe, and the view was nice. Only major issue was cleanliness. Apartment contained pet hair all over the couch even though listing and vrbo confirmed pet stays not allowed. Because of this my kids had allergy issues while we stayed here. Apartment was also not well cleaned. Significant dust and dirt build up on all vents in bathrooms and appliances, dirty bathroom fixtures, soap scum on counters and showers.

there was obviously a problem with the cleaning before check in . i confirm that the apartment is pet free and if a pet gets in in the apartment despite the rule we should put extra care after the departure of the tenant . we also remind all our tenants that we are available throughout their stay to solve problems and we try to be very reactive

Beautiful property with an amazing view in a great location. Very clean, great decor and quiet, the view of Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower was magical. The apartment is huge and perfect for a family of four. Really enjoyed staying in Le Marais will definitely be back.

Fantastic location in the Marais, near the Seine river. Great neighborhood lots of great places to eat and shop! The apartment has a view of the Eiffel Tower and is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend this apartment for an amazing stay in Paris.

Marvelous Time

Spent spring break with my wife and teenage daughter at this locale which was ideally situated and provided ample space. The common area was spacious and the view was nice too. The master bath was smaller than the other bathroom and the decor was sparse but it proved to be a really great space for us in a lovely neighborhood.

Amazing property in the heart of Paris.We had a wonderful time in Paris. Our apartment was big, comfortable, very well kept, clean and perfectly located in a safe neighborhood. We are a family of 5 and we were able to walk every where from our place (Louvre, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, etc). There are restaurants, groceries stores and delicious bakaries near the apartment. We had a fluid comunication with the property manager who was always on top of everything.

Great location, great apartment

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms accommodated four friends visiting Paris quite well. The apartment was clean and well appointed, and very near to great cafes, local markets and the St. Paul Metro. Oliver was a great host and I highly recommend this property.

Excellent property in ideal location for our Paris visit. Close to two metro lines and center/Seine. Easy access to the Marais area and all of Paris. Host (Olivier) welcomed us with property instructions and was available for questions/concerns. Only issue I would point out is parts of the laminate floor in the apartment are coming up and are quite dangerous with potential scraping/cuts to bare feet.

Perfect Paris Stay

The location of Olivier’s apartment is perfect; right by the Seine, there are many cafés, restaurants and attractions in a short walking distance. The metro stop is also very close. The apartment was very comfortable and exactly as described. Nikola met us for check in and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend for a Paris visit!

Large and comfortable by the Seine

Great space and living room views. Only negatives were lack of heating and it could use a deep clean and new towels. Loved having a clothes washer and electric dryer. Comfortable beds and lots of hot water. Excellent location, close to restaurants and half a block to the river.

Fantastic comfortable perfect apartment

I stayed in this apartment with my teenager and 75 year old parents. It was perfect! It was so accommodating and comfortable for our group. It was peaceful with a fantastic view. Everyone was thrilled with the space. The beds are super comfortable and the location can’t be beat!

View and convenience

I would highly recommend this apartment. It has 2 full bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. Very convenient to St Paul metro, restaurants, and grocery. It is clean and well maintained in a secure building with an elevator.
