This flat was perfection in Paris. It was bigger than we expected and the location was amazing. The small things really made the stay so wonderful! For Americans a full size washer AND dryer was a plus (our flat in London had a combo version which does not dry particularly well). There was plenty of space for myself, my husband and 3 teenage sones. Beds were very comfortable after a long day of walking and exploring. This is one of the best VRBO listings we have stayed at and we have been staying at VRBOs for over a decade now.

My family's VRBO rental in Paris was clean and well stocked. This was a great place to relax and not worry after a full day every day in France. Thankyou to the lady that helped have the place ready thirty-minutes early when we arrived in Paris with all of our luggage.

Our 8 night stay could not have been better. The kitchen was well appointed. Provided coffee lasted all 8 mornings, freezer made ice making possible and the refrigerator was so nice. Lots of storage to settle in and feel like home. The full size washer and dryer was much appreciated. We enjoyed view. The best feature of the apartment was the US quality A/C. So much appreciated. I would recommend this apartment just for the features but when you add in the wonderful host and communication, it puts it over the top. This was our 7th trip to Paris and the best location of any of the visits. This apartment was selected for the separate bed and bathroom, allowing our granddaughter to have her own space. Lots of good restaurants in the area. I am an avid photographer and liked the ability to get to great locations in just a few steps.

The apartment was fantastic in every respect. It is in a terrific location - you can look down the street from the terrace and see Notre Dame just blocks away. The apartment is large, open, sunny and very well-appointed. The check in time is 3 pm but we arrived early and Andrea met us and let us in at 10:30am! We loved the place and will try to stay there again the next time we visit Paris.

Well located property but the air conditioning did not work well. We could not get the temperature below 84 degrees even with keeping the drapes closed all day. The kitchen was infested with ants. I do not recommend this apartment during the summer.

What an incredible visit! Beautiful apartment which was comfortable and luxurious. Amazing attention to details made it such a wonderful experience. Great communication and easy check in/check out. We were met at the apartment, which made check in super easy. The apartment was nice and large with a nice outdoor area. Great kitchen to cook in. Comfy beds and great water pressure. A/c worked beautifully, as did the elevator. Would stay here again.

Beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, and in the middle of everything.

This is a truly perfect home base for a family visiting Paris. The apartment is as pictured, the management is very easy to work with. We would absolutely love to stay here again.
