The location? You're right near Port Lucaya, Smith's Point fish fry, Taino beach, and downtown Freeport - so you're all set whether you're craving a day out or just need to run some errands. And, you don't even have to leave the property for some awesome food and drinks, thanks to our on-site gem, the newly revamped Laroc restaurant and bar. Imagine just chilling at the beach, cabana style, and when you need a refill, the bar is literally steps away.

Inside you'll find a comfy queen size bed and a cozy pullout couch.

The upgraded bathroom 2024. I've got new cabinets, chic granite counters, and beautiful tiles on the flooring and walls.

Now, to digital nomads - worry not. The Wi-Fi here is good. I'm talking fast, streaming-ready, Zoom-call-clear speed. So whether you're uploading your day's adventures or hopping on a work call, you are covered.

I have beach and normal towels for you to use, coin laundry at the same floor, two beach gravity chairs + 2 regular beach chairs, and everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom.

Schlage Key pad, easy to open and close the door. Please approach the Lobby Concierge Desk upon arrival for Check-In [it's mandatory] and present your Photo ID.

Reaching Grand Bahama Island:

=> Sunwing operates direct flights from Toronto and Montreal every Saturday.

=> Flights are available daily from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Nassau, Bahamas.

=> For sea travel, the Balearia Ferry embarks daily from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and completes the journey in 3-4 hours.

If you're traveling with a larger group and need more room, please let me know as I have a second 1 bedroom condo, that accommodates up to 6 people.
