Nice Place

We were in town for a business event. The condo was a nice change from our usual cramped hotel room. It's a nice place to stay.

Awesome place

Checked in short notice and had a great time in Fort Worth! Make sure you register your vehicle online or have enough parking passes for your vehicles or YOU WILL BE TOWED!

No communication with owner when emailed 4 times 4 days prior to check in and we needed some info. Finally chatted w/vrbo & got owner #. Then ok communications - made an excuse he did not get my messages on vrbo. Rooms VERY bright and hard to sleep. Also a LOT of road/interstate noise. Neighbors upstairs made a lot of noise. Pillows awful. No blankets. Towels were dollar store quality and hardly enough. Kitchen BARE- no towels, just paper towels - hardly anything honestly. Worst VRBO to date.

Our gate code link had expired before we got there, messages I sent to property manager were either responded to late or not at all. The description of the property said within walking distance to shopping and dining, but we couldn't find anything much less than a mile away. It would be very helpful to have literature in the unit about the area along with a wifi password. The unit was nice - in unit washer and dryer, beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed our time at the pool.

Mediocre stay in clean apartment

The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience was frustrating. The host attempted to cancel our reservation just 30 minutes before check-in, which caused a lot of stress. Communication was poor throughout, and the parking instructions for the reserved spots were unclear. The listing also didn’t mention that the apartment is directly next to a very loud freeway so expect loud noises 24/7, and it’s not truly within walking distance to much, despite what the listing implies. While the unit itself was fine, the lack of transparency and support made the stay disappointing. The furniture looked nice but wasn’t super comfortable for having a leisurely night in and the curtains could have benefited from having black out to prevent early morning sun. We couldn’t access the pool because we didn’t have a code for the pool.

Bad communication

We were not sent the check-in info. After messaging, calling, and texting we were finally told where the key should be. The key was not there and we were not able to get into our rental until several hours after the 4pm check-in time. We weren't able to change before our event because of this. The host didn't answer questions we had before we arrived (about amenities). He didn't respond to other questions while we were there. When we let him know the shower was broken we got no response.
