This was my first experience renting a house, but it worked out perfectly for 4 men using it as a base camp for exploring the surrounding area on motorcycles. We had a couple of plumbing issues during the week which were quickly resolved. Might just pick the same house again if we come back to this area.

Very relaxing atmosphere and the hosts seem to have thought of everything. Beautiful views of the river from the decks and a cozy feeling all around. I would highly recommend it for a quiet getaway ot the whole family.

Kitchen was well stocked. Home was very comfortable and suited the needs of my family. The owners are lovely people and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

This was an older cabin that has been updated, the downstairs updates are done well and the decks are very nice. The plumbing running through the Main bedroom closet is very load and not insulated. The pictures must have been right after the remodel as the cabin looks older. The only other thing we we not aware of was how close to the highway the cabin is located and has lots of road noise. That said, the location on the river and the basics of the 3 story cabin were nice, we enjoyed our stay there.

Great Place

The house was amazing. Lots of room for the 7 of us and it was newly renovated. Tucked in the trees along the river. Beautiful place with lots to do around. Thanks again for the hospitality 🙏.

Beautiful house on river

This house exceeded all of our expectations. Wonderful condition, great views, easy access, clean, great beds, all in all a wonderful stay. Our host, Michael, was very a great guy, and very helpful with anything we needed, which was just an extra door key, everything else was provided. We look forward to staying there again next year, if not sooner.

Awesome old house for a great weekend getaway

This cool old house is full of character and charm. We loved relaxing on the deck in the mornings, watching the kids fish and enjoying the peaceful river views. During the day, the kids had a blast tubing and playing in the water. There was plenty of room for both our family and my brother’s to spread out and unwind. The location was ideal—easy to get to with no scary roads, and close to town and stores for anything we needed. It was just what we were looking for—a great spot to hang out and make memories together! We would love to come back, they were great host!

Winter fun

This place was perfect for us. My family of 5 and friends Family of 3. The kids loved the upstairs beds and that they each had their own bed. The location is convenient to all kinds of outdoor activities… we went tubing at Sapphire and Highlands Outposts both were amazing. The host communication is excellent. The house is awesome, located on the river bank. Plenty of space in the house for group of 8. The host has done a great job with the details… new kitchen wares… disposable toothbrushes… lamps to read by at each bed. We had an amazing stay and will stay again.

Right next to the river! With three levels there was plenty of space and it's a great location to visit Highlands and Franklin. Place was clean and well appointed and the kids really enjoyed playing ping pong!
