Escape to a picturesque retreat nestled in the heart of Ellijay, Georgia & the Blue Ridge Mountains. Welcome to our recently remodeled 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom cabin, where modern comfort harmonizes with rustic charm. As you step inside, be greeted by cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors that lead you into a spacious living area boasting panoramic forest views. Feel the stress melt away as you cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace or engage in friendly competition in the game room with a dartboard and a selection of board games. For the nature enthusiasts, direct river access awaits, inviting you to embark on water adventures or simply unwind by the tranquil riverside.

Indulge in outdoor living at its finest on our two inviting patios, adorned with charming string lights. Savor your morning coffee, basking in the scenic beauty, or gather around the fire pit under the starlit sky for unforgettable conversations and marshmallow toasting. Take a dip in the community swimming pool walking distance from your stay. . When it's time to recharge, retire to the well-appointed bedrooms, each offering comfort, privacy, and with a private master en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi it’s a perfect end to an evening.

• Loft: Loft additional living room space with flatscreen TV, cozy couch, and board games that overlooks the family room

• Living room: Walk into open concept living space with Gas Fireplace, sectional leather couch and armchair. Mounted flat screen TV leads into kitchen space and dinning room and table

• Kitchen: Fully stocked Kitchen with premium countertops and premium appliances (Stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher & all cooking essentials!

• Main Level Patio: Full Length covered back patio with plenty of outdoor seating and dinning table, gas grill and firepit and porch swing best place to enjoy the outdoors with family!

• Half Bath: Toilet and laundry easy access while entertaining

• Front patio: Covered front patio with rocking chair


Lower Level

• Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (twin over Full) with full couch and dresser

• Bathroom: full bathroom with standing shower and single vanity

• Lower level patio: Covered concrete patio with string lights and dart board leading to firepit area


•High speed Wifi is available for streaming or if work just cannot wait.

• We supply a starter supply of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels.

• The entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the woods of a large nature reserve, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.

• Location is important in the mountains! The major cell phone carriers have no issue with phone signal at the property.

• Located in a gated community (Coosawattee River Resort) with 24/7 security so safety is of no concern.

• There are many entrances to our resort community, but the property is located near the closest entrance for easy access to all the activities, orchards, vineyards, hiking trails, shopping, and local restaurants.

• All roads leading to the house are paved roads and well maintained so no narrow gravel paths , any car can get you here.

Neighborhood:

The Property is in Coosawattee River Resort which is a 5,500 acre, gated community and nature preserve in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains in Ellijay, GA. Ellijay is the Apple and Mountain bike capital of Georgia with endless activities to enjoy! Many deer call the neighborhood home and I can almost guarantee you will see them in their natural habitat each day!

It also offers many amenities for free! Your Stay includes access to all 5 parks, access to the River tubing (tube not included) and rope swing, Picnic Area with Charcoal BBQ Grills, fishing pond (No License required), Fenced in Doggy park area (Large and Small dog separation).

They also offer a number of paid amenities: Indoor (heated)/outdoor pools, mini golf, pickle-ball, basketball and tennis courts, workout room (weights, exercise bike, elliptical, treadmill), and arcade w/ pool table, ping pong, air hockey and arcade games. The cost is $5 per person/day for an Adventure Pass which grants you access to all of the above for the entire day. I would recommend a day at the pool followed by a round of mini golf in the early evening! Passes can be purchased prior to stay and delivered to the home prior to your arrival or can be purchased at the HOA office M-Sat 9-5pm
