Stay just steps from the sand and the bustling Hampton Beach strip on a quiet, family friendly street. Enjoy access to the patio with tables, chaise lounges, and a grill. Inside the cabin, guests will find a queen bed in the first bedroom, and bunk beds in the second bedroom. A sofa bed in the living area pulls out to accommodate up to 6 guests. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave, table and chairs. Enjoy dinners on the patio from the grill, or walk to downtown restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Great location

Sleep deprived

There were 4 of us all women. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood with beach access so close. The outdoor deck area was great. The place was clean. Now for the negatives. The sleeping was not comfortable at all and we got very little rest for 2 nights. The main room was ok but mattress not comfortable and the shower stall was in the what would of been closet of the room. The bunk beds were only accessible from the section that had toilet and sink and there was no ladder or way to get to top bunk. The pullout couch was a joke unless you were a toddler. Did not pull out into a bed just back of love seat sized couch reclined, an adult could not sleep there. We moved couch in front of sink/stove and put top bunk mattress on floor under air conditioner and futon was not comfortable at all. It was noisy from air conditioner and to hot to shut it off. So, if you had more than two adults or two adults and 1 or 2 kids then plan on no sleep. Unfortunate because deck and location were excellent
