Soak up the sea air on the deck of this beach house, located directly across the street of the beautiful shores of Hampton Beach. Recently renovated in much of the house, this update floorplan has everything you need. from the outside beach shower so you don't bring the beach with you, to the updated kitchen with large island for easy food prep, to the mother-in-law suite with full bath, wet bar, and mini-fridge, to the gorgeous deck off the master bedroom, for your vaca! ***SORRY NO PETS*** ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE APRIL- OCT. Free beach lot access Nov. - March.

Another wonderful stay at this ideal beach location. The home is so cozy and comfortable with every amenity we could want. We couldn't have asked for a more communicative host. So easy to reach and accommodating. We can't wait to return again!

Family Beach Vacation

Excellent location with plenty of room for our family of five. Direct beach access, off street parking, central air, front porch, and an awesome balcony upstairs to check out the fireworks! Memories for a lifetime.

Great home and location

We had a great stay in this lovely house for our family! Great location and walking distance to many great restaurants. The beach right in front of the house was our favorite corner of the beach with all the cool rocks. Fun for all!

We had a wonderful time mostly because the house was big enough for 6 adults and 2 children. Also it had everything we needed (soap shampoo conditioner washer/dryer with detergent, etc) which made us very comfortable, along with the deck which overlooks the beach/ocean. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you !!!!

Amazing beach getaway

Location was perfect, steps from the beach, watched fireworks from the upstairs balcony, short walk to shopping and restaurant's. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bedding and towels, even shampoo and soaps in showers! Made for easy packing! Will definitely plan to book again!

Hi! My husband and I have 4 beautiful children, and we love to travel! I was raised in South Dakota, my husband was born in Miami, and after living in Florida for the last 5 years, we are excited for a change in pace to travel up to the Northeast with our children. We want to have them experience snow, being near the ocean and lakes, and hiking in the mountains.

As we have used vacation rental providers all over the United States for our travels, we are so excited to be a host of multiple properties! We love our home in Hampton Beach, with the amazing views, the updated inside, setting the setting near all the shopping and restaurants you could want! Let's not forget the nightly fireworks display over the ocean that the local tend to put on, and the city puts on every Wednesday night during peak travel dates.

There is a gas fireplace for those cool nights, two sitting areas that overlook the beach (one off the master bedroom, and one on the first floor newest room). If you can't handle the stairs to the upper floors, in the main floor bedroom there is an attached, full bathroom, and wet bar with mini fridge.
