The Space:

You'll be greeted by an impressive, spacious great room flooded with natural light from soaring windows met with a vaulted ceiling and exposed timbers. This newly updated home, along with fresh furnishings, was carefully curated to inspire comfort. The rich tones in the new floor contrast the white walls in the large adjacent bedrooms to strike a perfect balance.

This beautiful, mid-century home, which was designed and built by my grandparents, offers a fully equipped kitchen including coffee, creamer, bottled water and assorted soft drinks.

Upon entering the house there are seven steps to go down to the main floor. Everything is on the main floor of the house.

The washer and dryer are available for you to use. Parking is available on our paved driveway. Relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine or barbeque on the gas grill on the backyard patio.

The entire home is accessible to guests except the the garage and upstairs area which is unfurnished and never occupied. Upon entering the house there are seven steps to go down to the main floor.

Super clean home with everything we needed plus beverages in the fridge and snacks awaiting our arrival. Location was perfect for a short trip down the hill to old part of Madison and annual Chautauqua. Hosts were super communicative and offered to remove fallen leaves and accumulated garbage. A true home away from home.

Great hosts that seem to think of everything when it comes to amenities. So much thought and care was put into the property and above and beyond welcoming hosts. Beautiful vacation rental. Immaculately cleaned and decorated! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We visited Madison for a family reunion and stayed in the Artist's A-Frame. The house is beautiful and is situated in an equally attractive neighborhood with easy access to local streets and businesses. It is well-maintained and has nice, comfortable furnishings. We found it well-stocked with household necessities, including numerous bonus items. We thank Linda for being a wonderful host. She responded quickly to our inquiries about the house, and we appreciated her checking in to make sure our stay was comfortable and going well. In addition, we appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks. They were a very thoughtful gesture. We will happily stay at this house again on another visit to Madison.

Stayed for the weekend to hike at Clifty Falls. Great location to the state park and downtown restaurants. Really pretty house with everything you’d need for a stay. Host was super nice to interact with as well. Thanks again!
