Had a small family gathering here. The openness, and space for seating, was perfect. No criwding, lots of room to navigate around. LOVE THE ISLAND! We decided this is a must for the house my husband and I will build together

Traveled with my small family plus my parents from Georgia and it was plenty of room. We loved the layout of the house, the kitchen was spacious along with great cooking utensils which is unheard of in most vacation rentals. We loved the balcony with the porch swing and the short walk to the beach was a plus. The outdoor area beside the outdoor shower was not cleaned up and it was not appealing but I cleaned it up so we could use the shower before entering the home. Home inside was super clean and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves this past Labor Day weekend. We will most definitely rent again.

Great location

Unit was in a great location, great size and easy access to all amenities. Check in process very easy and property Mgr checked that all was good with this process and the property overall

Nice home, great location

Property was well kept, some areas could have been better cleaned, but nothing major. (Note we were there during Hurricane Helene so some debris was associated with that and major flooding that had jappend in the area just prior to arrival). Easy access to beach, and home. Good communications with the hosts.

Weekend Beach Escape

Cute beach house property that had plenty of space for all of us. You're only a short walk to the beach was the selling point for our group. The host was very communicative before the trip and also during. We really enjoyed our weekend stay here!

One block to beach

Walking into house, you could visually see sand on the steps and floors. We spent time cleaning and sweeping floors, wiping down the inside of the fridge, etc. to get house up to par. Owner was notified who offered to send cleaning crew back but we declined after seeing how the home was left after they supposedly cleaned. The house otherwise was great for our large family with four couples and 3 children. Layout was great and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals everyday. Walk to the beach is only a few minutes. Great location.

Mixed feelings

The best thing about this property is the location, just a short walk to the beach. However, we found that the house was poorly stocked- no beach towels, hand soap, hand towels, coffee. I was also told they could likely accomodate an early check in, but that was not able to happen.

Great place for a girl’s trip

Loved this place! It was everything we expected and more. Great location from beach and nightlife. The property manager was extremely helpful and timely with all of our requests / questions.

Excellent location it only took us a couple minutes walk to the beach. There were 11 of us that stayed and there was plenty of room.

Wedding Reunion

We stayed together to attend a family wedding. All found the place adequate and close to beach. Our only disappointment was the futon bed it was not big enough for two so the place really didn’t sleep 12.

Beautiful house

Really enjoyed staying here, we have several couples and liked that all the main bedrooms were on a separate floor from the living space. The porch was lovely with a fireplace and large swing just could have slept outside on it. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, could walk to a lot of place and the beach. The duplex was fully equipped with everything we needed.
