Spritz By The Sea” is located within Beachside Colony Resort, which offers a new pool and on-site beach Restaurant/Bar. Centrally located and steps away from the beach. Relax on your private balcony listening to the ocean with a spritz cocktail. This 2 bed/2 bath provides an open concept living space with large sliding doors that open to the balcony for an indoor/outdoor feel. Parking is in a gated lot, upon check in you will be issued a gate code and a code for the door. No keys required!

Spacious, clean and comfortable

The decorations were very cute! It was very spacious with 2 full sized bathrooms, nice living room space, good sized sitting area on the balcony, kitchen and laundry appliances. They thought of everything, including a cart with items to take to the beach. So many personal touches: room spray, lotion, coffee, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There was quite a bit of street noise. This unit is right next to the elevator so it was eay access. We had a difficult time finding the place because the building complex goes by a different name than the name used when you book it. We never did see “Spritz by the Sea” listed anywhere. It would be helpful if the name of the building was mentioned when sending check in information, along with the unit number. It was a nice short walk to the beach, however it was not an actual ocean view condo. We also had trouble finding the pedestrian gate to the pool and The Deck restaurant. Please include that in the check in information as well

had a great time staying. it was close to everything and very cozy. proximity to the beach was amazing and having a restaurant and pool on-site was an added bonus.

The condo was very clean and everything needed for a comfortable stay was included. It would have been lovely if the view from the balcony was the view in the picture of the pool instead of a parking lot. Overall a very nice property.

Good location

The condo did look just as represented in photos. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of cooking implements. My only complaints were the cleanliness of the floors and the very difficult washing machine. The decor was very beachy and cute, but difficult to maneuver with small children. Overall, a good stay.

Fun and relaxing ocean vacation

Property had just what we needed for our weeklong stay. Close to the ocean so we could go every day easily with just a few items. Close to area attractions, from a 5 minute to 30 minute drive to all the things we wanted to see. Very clean! We appreciated the washer and dryer in the property. Our family will talk about this trip for a long time!

Great Getaway

It was a little difficult to find the actual street for the unit, but the on site staff were very helpful. The unit was in a great location and very nice. One negative was that we couldn’t turn the air down below 70. Otherwise, it was a great trip!

Terrific Tybee Vacation

Very short walk to the beach, elevator access to condo and gated parking was amazing. Communication with host is excellent as well. Beach was less crowded than the Tybee south beach. Overall great time.
